• Никулина (3/5): - Отличное месторасположение, есть рядом магазины , совсем рядом море , парк . Хорошая планировка квартиры . В ванной комнате грязно , плесень , течёт унитаз ванна грязная чистые были только полы и краны. Постельное белье было чистое но одияла были с очень не приятным запахом . Замок на входной двери заедает если закрыться из нутри ключом то выйти потом проблематично . Посуды для приготовления пищи фактически нет ( в очень плохом состоянии ) . Свет в кухонной зоне отсутствует .

• Стойчо (5/5): Разочароващо. - Местонахождението. Бях резервирал за 5 човека, а когато пристигнахме се установи че апартамента е приготвен само за четерима. След ровене по шкафовете открихме някакви чаршафи и хавлия, но калъфка за възглавница нямаше. След като писах на собственика през Buking (Защото не вдига когато звъня на посочения номер) обеща че за другия ден ще ни бъде оставена, но така и не получихме. В банята липсваше душ гел или какъв да е шампоан. НЕ ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ!

• Yurii (3/5): - Нормальне місце розташування, близько до моря, тихо В помешканні брудно, при заїзді на підлозі повно піску по всіх кімнатах, таке враження , що після попередніх мешканців ніхто не прибирав, лише замінили постільну білизну та чисті рушник, з труб на кухні та в санвузлі тече вода, пліснява у ванній, недостатньо посуду для самостійного приготування їжі, хоча вказано в оголошенні , що все потрібне є, у вітальні брудний та некоректно працюючий кондиціонер. У спальних кімнатах подушки та ковдри збиті та неприємно пахнуть, їх не хотілося брати в руки, не те, що ними користуватись.
• Олена123 (9/5): - В цілому квартира зручна. 5хв до моря 5хв до центру 5хв до жд станціі. В квартирі посуд,кава машина, чайник, холодильник. Було чисто ,як заїхали. Унітаз систематично підтікає, тому часто витирали підлогу. В цілому задоволенні. За таку ціну, шикарна квартира. Будьте готові отримати інформацію в останню хвилину. ( адреса, де взяти ключи, час виїзда )
• Jean (3/5): This is a good apartment, but it was severely let down by lack of cleanliness and of maintenance - The apartment was spacious and well located for our needs, but note, there is no free parking. The bathroom was very dirty, bathtub drain partially blocked and the WC cistern was leaking and creating a permanent puddle on the bathroom floor. The fridge freezer and oven were dirty. There was no toaster - only a sandwich maker and kettle. Light bulbs were missing/blown/not functioning properly. Curtains were missing or partly hanging off the windows. We only felt able to stay once we had cleaned most of the apartment ourselves. Ask the owner if the apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and repairs carried out before your rent.

• Mihaela (10/5): Best place to stay in Varna - Everything. It’s a spacious airy apartment, decorated with taste and equipped with all the amenities you need. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the beach and the same to the city centre, you can’t find a better location really. The host is very kind and accommodating and atentive. Everything was perfect.
• Nikola (9/5): Nice apartment in the heart of the city & an excellent value for money. - A lovely apartment with an excellent location - the beach, sea garden, and many restaurants & shops are located within walking distance. Apartment is clean and is equipped with everything you would need, including a hair dryer and clothes steamer, which was a surprising and welcome addition. Host was extremely kind, helpful and responsive in all situations, always texting back within 5-10 minutes.
• Lauren (8/5): Nice apartment near the Sea Garden - • Great location, walking distance to the Sea Garden, the beach, and shops/restaurants • Our host was welcoming, fairly responsive, waited for us when our flight was delayed, and tried to be helpful when we asked for help • Apartment had most of the things we needed • It was nice to have two bedrooms and air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room • We appreciated the fruit and drinks left for us • Host had the bathroom door fixed during our stay, since it made a lot of noise and didn’t close well • The street is pretty quiet and peaceful • Apartment was mostly clean, but not 100% clean • One of the air conditioning remotes was missing and the machines in the bedrooms were very loud • The water was turned off in the building twice without any notice, which was extremely inconvenient when we needed to shower, especially on the morning we were supposed to check out • We experienced some miscommunications with the host, which was a bit frustrating/confusing • We enjoyed Varna and would love to go back
