• Dr. Andrea (8/5): Hübsch mit steilen Treppen - Es war ein hübsches Haus, sehr kurzfristig gebucht, und daher noch nicht fertig zum einchecken zur vereinbarten Zeit. Küche und Wohnraum sind schön. Es sind 2 steile Treppen im Haus. Es war tw etwas laut und in einem Bad lief die Toilettenspülung kontinuierlich, was erst am dritten Tag repariert wurde.
• Dariusz (5/5): Perfect localization with technical problems - Super localization, less than 10 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway Underground Station, close to Stanford Bridge (Chelsea FC). Apartment A, in the basement has got well equiped kitchen and usefull table for family of 5,as well as nice terrace. In the main bedroom, traffic noise can be bothersome, especially at midnight or in the early morning. In the apartment, there are problems with wi-fi connection, practically you can use it only in the main bedroom, where router is located, as in the other parts of the apartment signal was too week to use it. It also makes usage of TV set difficult as wifi is required for it. In the bathroom there is no mirror, what also can be a problem especially for morning shaving for men. During our stay there was also a failure of the plumbing system and in the small bedroom, where the kids were sleeping, water was leaking from the ceiling in the night and in the evening. Last but not least, in the end of our stay we discovered a small mouse in the kitchen, which was also a bit scary for our teenage girls.

El WiFi funciona bien La escalera de la entrada necesita reparación, tiene un escalón roto y es fácil caerse. Hay una gotera en la habitación de 2 camas. No hay espejo en el baño.

• tanner (5/5): very very mediocure - The place is not designed for anyone staying more than a day. There is no where to hang any clothes. There is no shelving in the bathroom. There was a fire alarm system outside the flat that was constantly buzzing. I had to go into the hall and turn it off 3-4 times a day. The place is poorly ventelated and only has one pitiful fan that barely works. The carpet in the living room was grey dirt and stained. I could keep going

No ability to lock external patio door which is a security risk. Was dirty with food left on side tables on arrival and not cleaned properly. Very noisy street, could not sleep in main room. Digital locks not reliable.

The kitchen is well fitted out and worked well since we had to cook a lot with small kids. The bathroom was very nice. The coded access control worked well. The staircase is a nightmare to get to the apartment, especially with suit cases, kids and strollers. The New Kings road is very busy with a lot of ambulance wailing past in the middle of the night. The furniture is the place is too big for the apartment and badly arranged. The bedroom arrangement is totally impractical. The sleeper coach is really slept and sat out..

• Helen (7/5): Great base for Chelsea Game. - Close to Stanford Bridge, the home of Chelsea football ⚽️ ground. Close to underground Fulham Broadway. Not enough hot water. Would have been helpful to have a booklet with information such as WiFi password.

Close enough to a couple of underground stations and walkable to restaurants and supermarkets Some maintenance bits overdue and lacked complete cleanliness in living area, but dishes and bathrooms and kitchen all well cleaned.
• Youssef (10/5): Youssef Aziz, one of Chelsea’s neighborhood locals for seven nights. - I spent seven nights at a fantastic spot called Wild Roses, and honestly, it made me feel like a true Chelsea local! Usually, when you’re exploring a city, you want to get a feel for the culture — check out the sights, try the food, chat with locals. But let’s be real, by the end of the day, most people just head back to their fancy hotels. Not at Wild Roses! Staying here felt like moving right into a classic London home. I met the neighbors, got to know the nearby shops, and felt like I’d been part of the neighborhood for ages. The location was perfect too: close to all the essentials like shops, parks, public transport (London buses and Fulham Station), and even Stamford Bridge Stadium. Big thanks to the hosts for making my trip extra special!
• Cristiana (6/5): Nice apartments but do not correspond to the number of declared adult guests - We stayed in two apartments the D from 7 beds and the A from 6 places. The apartments were nice but sofa beds are not for two adults but for one adult or two children The sofa beds are not suitable for two adults, apartment A from 6 adults has only one bathroom without mirror and without plug to attach the hairdryer and The handle of the bathroom in apartment D was completely detached, we found a stained towel. The dishes that were in the cabinet were not very clean

• Aysim (7/5): Nice location, clean, responsive host. Some issues about the furniture and initial check in process. - It is a mediocre but clean and central property. Queen sized Bed in the bedroom was an exact fit to the short side of the room with zero presage we lay across. One of us needed to jump over the other to go to their side. Wardrobe had no handles - difficult to open Sink in the bathroom was very very small - no mirror in there We were sent to the wrong apartment and entered while another guest was in, using their code given to us. Not a nice first impression.

• Eugene (5/5): Disappointed - The location was excellent. We had a few maintenance issues that were attended to while we were away. Staff were responsive. We were given a new duvet as the one we had smelled. Bathroom door handle was fixed. The place was grubby. Upon arrival we found the toilet seat, bathroom door handle and bathroom blinds were broken. I'm convinced the bathroom was not cleaned. There was pubic hair on the floor and lots of different hairs (would say from different guests) scattered around. The staff asked if I wanted a cleaner to be sent but none was sent. Although we were given a new duvet, the main bedroom smelled of foot. It was difficult for us to be comfortable due to the cleanliness issues. They were apparent throughout the property. As you can see in the photos there were crusty bits around the toilet. It needs a good clean and some maintenance and has the potential to reflect the reviews that attracted us there in the first place.
• Scott (6/5): its conveniently located to Fulham Broadway station and Stanford Bridge, the apratment is well equip - the apartment was clean, the location to Fulham Broadway underground and surrounding shops, cafes and parks It is located on a busy road, adjacent to an intersection, the pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable, there is a smoke alarm panel in the main corridor next to the main front door which would beep from 130am until someone had pressed the button which was annoying

Soap dispenser by basin was dirty. Apartment was stuffy, very noisy as we had to leave the windows open at night . We had to phone to receive access to the apartment as didn’t receive email - apparently the app was down
• Anne (9/5): Lovely London apartment - Apartment was lovely, perfect for 4 people, perfect location, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarket around the corner. Tube station and bus stop 5mins walk away. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any enquiries. Would recommend for a hassle free stay in london. Washing machine and dishwasher worked well and convenient for a 12 night stay. Nice safe area of London felt comfortable walking around at night and lovely area chelsea just a short walk away. Loved our time in London. The only negative would be the hot water was hit and miss, maybe because there were 3 separate apartments and only 1 hot water system?? Also the sofa bed was not long enough to be comfortable and a bit hard to sleep on.

There was a minor issue in that for some reason we didn’t receive entry instructions before arrival, but Adeel resolved this quickly on being made aware of it.
