• NOEL (5/5): Adequate for our needs as we were stuck in Tenerife due to flight chaos but I wouldn't recommend - The property is in a great location and the gated community makes it feel safe. It is a lovely quiet location and the communal pool is a great feature. The kitchen was a nice size which made cooking easy. Manuella was pleasant enough when we met her, which was nice as we were apprehensive after reading the review about the broken key. The decor is tired and dated. There isn't a single comfortable piece of furniture in the entire property which made relaxing difficult. e.g. the double beds are too small for two people, the sofa is old, worn out and smells like someone has been sleeping on it, the outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and broken and my wife suffered an injury when sitting down at the table which meant we couldn't eat outside the whole time we were there. The rest of the outside furniture isn't comfortable enough to sit on for long periods. The master bedroom and upstairs bathroom door hinges are broken and make a racket when you close them. There was some kind of insect burrowing into the bottom of the bathroom door leaving sawdust on the floor. The twin bedroom windows wouldn't open and the shutters are broken which made it difficult to cool the room in the evening. The master bedroom en suite shower doesn't drain properly and floods the bathroom after a minute of you being in the shower. There are no bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms so none of us could read in bed. All the lights are dim and the dining room light flickered constantly giving us a headache. * Edit - a few minutes after placing my honest review I get these messages from the owner Yennie: [16:27, 21/04/2026] +34 664 ** ** **: You are a really bad person playing with our food . If I know that I will cancel your reservation ..or not let you get on until 15:00. who are you to say my place is not recomendable. What kind of sh*t are you ??? [16:30, 21/04/2026] +34 664 ** ** **: We don’t want this kind of tourist you pay a sh*t and you pretend a luxury villa ..sh*t people that’s what you are ..I will take note of all your details to share with the other owners in Tenerife site ..then you will find a little difficult to find stay in places from cabarian people . Next time travel with money and stay in a luxury place But f*ck you and your wife ..

• Paige (10/5): The Most Incredible Place We Have Ever Stayed. Can’t wait to come back! - Very family friendly, ideal location - so many local shops and amazing restaurants. Nice little parks dotted around. The beach has no sand though, but still a lovely little beach. Just not one for relaxing, more for fishing and crabbing etc More utensils and cooking equipment. And definitely more toilet paper and cleaning products needed. We didn’t want to leave the floors dirty, but there was no hoover and the house being so big, sweeping with a dustpan and brush was really back breaking. We hope Yenni will have us stay again, she was a lovely lady, when we got locked out she was there so quickly. Without hesitation she was ready to help, you will not find a better host on the island. Thank you so much.
• Giada (5/5): casa grande ottima posizione peccato per l'host - ottima posizione e casa grande, inizialmente l'host disponibile e ci ha dato molti consigli su dove andare a mangiare.. fin quando non sono usciti fuori i problemi.. cosa sporca, ragni e formiche in cucina. lavandino della cucina che perde acqua a profusione. lavatrice fuori uso e nemmeno l'accortezza di rimborsare la lavanderia per la mancata comunicazione della lavatrice rotta, aggiungendo che si fosse rotta un giorno prima del nostro arrivo quando leggendo le recensioni era rotta da giugno. 3 asciugamani per 5 persone, due padelle in croce piccole,rovinate, incrostate e sporche. abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda per una settimana, lo scarico del bagno della camera al secondo piano non funzionava, tanto meno il bidet. l'host a dir poco scortese, è venuta ad aggiustare lo scarico un giorno prima della partenza e non ha aggiustato la lavatrice che diceva che sarebbe stata messa apposto il prima possibile. è entrata a casa senza la nostra presenza dicendo che era colpa nostra che non ci eravamo fatti trovare senza comunicarci prima che sarebbe arrivata. c'è una porta che arriva forse ad un garage della quale non avevamo la chiave e il controllo, dove sarebbe potuto entrare chiunque. l'host ha preteso 30€ per il check out (che abbiamo dato per evitare sceneggiate) dicendo senza preavviso quando il preavviso c'era eccome e l'unica cosa che non c'era era la presenza del sovrapprezzo nelle condizioni della struttura, non allego foto per non violare la privacy. ha anche aggiunto a brutto muso che se non abbiamo i soldi non dobbiamo viaggiare e fare i conti in tasca alle persone è da maleducati.

• Alexei (3/5): - Сам дом понравился, цена качество хорошее, много место для большой компании, тихий район Хозяйка после сдачи дома пыталась выманить деньги. Говорила что мы сломали розетку, хотя она была уже сломана. Пытались культурно все разрешить, начала угрожать полицией и что мы не улетим если не дадим ей денег. Хотя когда сдавали квартиру она не прошлась с нами что бы посмотреть все ли в порядке. Тупой развод на деньги, сильно испортила настроение перед полетом.
• GIULIA (8/5): - Appartamento molto grande, comodo e servito bene. Purtroppo la proprietaria non è stata molto gentile All'arrivo siamo stati aggrediti perché il nostro volo ha avuto un' ora di ritardo, di conseguenza siamo arrivati dopo all' appartamento, avevamo avvisato via whatsapp, ma comunque la proprietaria è stata molto sgarbata, e non ci ha mostrato nulla dell' appartamento. Abbiamo comprato di tasca nostra detergenti, spugne ecc per pulire, perché non c'era nulla, compreso il detergente per pulire la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice che facevano odore di marcio. Le pentole erano in uno stato pietoso così come posate e piatti, abbiamo lavato tutto per poterlo usare durante la vacanza. I bagni erano puliti, forse l' unica cosa. Abbiamo avuto cura di pulire l'appartamento durante tutta la vacanza e non abbiamo rovinato nulla. Prima di andare via abbiamo pulito dappertutto e le signore delle pulizie che hanno preso le chiavi non ci hanno fatto nessuna lamentela. Mentre eravamo all' aeroporto abbiamo ricevuto minaccie via whatsapp dalla proprietaria, e offese perché non era felice dello stato dell' appartamento che abbiamo pulito per 2 settimane. Ci ha addirittura detto che suo marito poliziotto sarebbe venuto a cercarci all' aeroporto per farci perdere il volo di ritorno... Sono allibita, mai successa una cosa del genere e mai vista tanta cattiveria... Spiace perché appartamento e complesso dove è ubicato sono molto belli.
• SARA (7/5): Casa grande y cómoda. Piscina genial. - La casa era muy espaciosa y la piscina de la urbanización muy grande y tranquila. El menaje de la cocina era justito ( nosotros éramos 7 personas), pero la dueña nos trajo lo que necesitábamos.

• Matjaž (5/5): Passable - A very large apartment with two spacious terraces. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the beautiful swimming pool. The entire equipment in the apartment is worn out and needs to be replaced. Some items are so deteriorated that they could be dangerous (especially if you're traveling with children). During our stay, the washing machine didn't work — instead, water spilled throughout the apartment when we tried to use it. Despite being informed, the owner showed no intention of coming to check the issue and only mentioned that she would notify a repair technician. She even "scolded" us via message for attempting to do laundry after 11 PM. The apartment lacks basic daily necessities such as a kitchen towel, toilet paper, or any everyday supplies. It's a shame that no investment is being made in the apartment, as it could be truly beautiful and, in combination with the pool, offer a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, in its current state, the experience was very negative.
• Alex (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic!!! - Absolutely outstanding place.Great location, facilities. Very comfortable environment and sightseeing.I have to say separately how fantastically great it is to have several patio areas, especially if one or many of them have a BBQ, and surely the BEST is a pool. Unfortunately, I know that it would be hard to book this place again and again.

• Simone (6/5): Pleasant - We had a warm welcome from two smiling ladies. They explained everything and gave us keys, saying to text for anything we needed; a brilliant start. The house is a good size for six people, nice and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. A nice view is available from the large balcony. The beautiful swimming pool is very clean. Unfortunately, I have to add a sour note: As I said, the kitchen was well-equipped, but the only large pan was a non-stick one, very badly scratched, so it was not possible to use it. The lady kindly advised us to use two smaller pans instead. As we had seen a drying machine in the pictures, we assumed it was there for our use. So, we informed the lady that it was not working; she just answered that it wasn't included in the specifications and anyway, we didn't need it as the temperature outside was good enough to dry clothes.Couldn't use the balcony at night as the light bulb wasn't working, the same as the one in the laundry room and the one outside the main entrance. We asked the lady if she could fix it; she said yes at first but then wasn't keen to arrange it, so we gave up. At that point, we didn't even tell her that the water wasn't coming from one of the bidets—no point. All that left us with a sour note.

• John (10/5): Excellent stay - Location excellent for local restaurants and bars, supermarkets in easy reach. The apartment is spacious, patio lovely with all day sunshine, amenities are basic but more than adequate, kitchen appliances easy to use and all work well. Bedrooms are spacious with excellent black out shutters to block the daylight out, beds are comfortable and the 3 toilets all function well along with the showers etc. Pool area, very clean, spacious and very quiet. Host very helpful, we would definitely return to this property. The provision of an information pack detailing local amenities e.g. restaurants, taxi numbers, doctors, dentist etc would be useful.

• Natalia (8/5): Very good - The property is located in a nice quiet area. Close to the playground and shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to promenade. There is a lovely pool on the grounds.
