• Vanessa (10/5): Très bon séjour en famille dans ce bel appartement cosy. Tout y est. Propice à la détente mais aussi pratique pour du té - Très bien équipé. Appartement propre et bonne literie. Très belle vue de l’appartement et depuis le toit terrasse. Le stationnement est un plus en centre ville. Emplacement central Prévoir de monter beaucoup de marches pour accéder au vieux Québec

• Christophe Alexandre (9/5): On y retournerait volontiers. - Appartement confortable, bien agencé, grande salle de bain, belle cuisine, grand canapé, chauffage performant, draps de lit très doux, baies vitrées, beau dégagement vers le nord (11e étage), immeuble sécurisé. A 12-15’ du centre. Mauvaise insonorisation avec l’extérieur: on entend beaucoup le trafic. Assez cher (période des fêtes de fin d’année).

• Jaeuk (3/5): New apartment with non-responsive staff - Security of the building seems ok. Most of the facilities are new and clean. It takes only 10 minutes to old Quebec by car. There are many homeless people in the town, although they do not seem dangerous. Car parking in the garage is difficult. A driver needs high skill to park the car safely in the designated lot. The manager/owner didn't reply at all to my requests on the repair/change of broken Nespresso machine, on the possibility of 2pm check out due to flight schedule.

We had a fantastic stay at Initial Matisse in Quebec. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit — from fresh towels and bed sheets to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent: close to Old Town and just a short walk to a Metro grocery store, which was super convenient. The building itself was clean and well-maintained, and having parking available was a big plus. Communication with the host was clear and timely, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

• Nadeem (8/5): Good value for the money and a very clean comfortable stay in close proximity to major attractions - Cute modern decor, lots of natural light with good views and all basic necessities covered and not far from a bunch of cafes and bars The parking was available but it was too tight and needs a skilled driver to park. Also it was on a nosy street with lots of homeless people in the vicinity

Dedicated indoor parking is very convenient even though parking with a SUV was a bit tricky. Loved the view from the room. Easy access with the codes. Would stay here again.

• Carmel (10/5): Weekend Break in Quebec - Central location in a great neighbour of restaurants and stores and a direct walk to the old town of Quebec. 3 minute walk to a supermarket and pharmacy and lovely facilities outside the apartment with a heated pool and bbq terrace. Beautiful view from balcony and rooftop terrace. 10/10 nespresso coffee maker in room as well as kitchen essentials such as cooking oil and basic seasonings. Host was available through message for issues and replied nearly immediately. Single elevator created long waits and the parking was a little tight but it wasn't a serious issue. Not the host's fault, just how the building is.
• Elvin (9/5): Great space in an "up & coming" neighborhood - Two great rooms with super comfortable beds. A nice kitchen & dinning area. Comfortable couch. Access to the apartment was quick and easy from the instructions. Close to shops and breakfast options. Go to the SAQ to the right about 2 blocks down. Market there as well. Only one elevator so it sometimes got congested. The pool area was great but no hot tubs. Our balcony was tiny and really only accommodated 2 people standing. The neighborhood is rough. Right behind the property are 2 homeless shelters and a shanty town in the park. Walking around can seem perilous.
