• Anne-Sarah (10/5): Très bel appartement avec parking - L'appartement était grand, avec de nombreux rangements notamment dans les chambres. Les lits étaient très confortables. La cuisine était bien équipée. Le parking souterrains, avec une très grande place est un gros plus.Marija a été très rapide à répondre et très gentille. Super rapport qualité prix Rien

• barbara (9/5): Perfect stay in Dubrovnik! - Perfect apartment that is exactly as on the photo’s. Spotless clean with everything you need. Parking spot in the garage is perfect. It is about 20 minutes walking to the old town or €9 with an Uber. I would book again! -

• Irena (10/5): - We stayed for two days in Dubrovnik and had a wonderful experience. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The location is great—convenient and close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant overall. We would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Apartment has a wonderful view and was spacious, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit was fantastic and the host is very thoughtful - there was an umbrella available that we made good use of during a very rainy day. Great location - an easy 10-15 minute walk to Pile gate and/or easy bus ride with a bus stop right in front and a supermarket directly across the street. Private parking space was perfect. Lots of stairs but worth the view. Shower stall was a bit tight but worked great.

• Ines (8/5): - Die Wohnung hatte in der Küche alles was man braucht auch das Badezimmer kleines Manko man konnte die Toilette nicht abschließen. Die Wohnung hatte eine super Lage man konnte die Altstadt in circa 15-20 min zu Fuß erreichen. Leider haben bei uns die Fernseher nicht funktioniert, für die 2 übernachtungen haben wir aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Was ich ganz toll fand war, dass die Eigentümerin sehr Kommunikativ war und uns ohne Aufforderung bei unserem Flug sehr geholfen hat! Super Nett und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Wohnung Sehr empfehlen für 1-2 Nächte für mehr wäre es für mich Persönlich zu teuer jedoch ist zu beachten dass es in Dubrovnik generell teurer ist.
• gerhard (10/5): - In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt, Motorräder konnten in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden, Ausstattung Apartment ok, Das beim Haupteingang nicht beschrieben ist in welchem Stock sich das Apartment befindet. Im 2 Schlafzimmer war leider keine Klimaanlage.

Selbst als wir versehentlich den Türalarm auslösen waren sie gleich erreichbar und hilfsbereit 😀Vielen Dank an Marija und ihren Mann Keine negativen Erfahrungen

• Luis (8/5): - Zona muito central 20 minutos a pé das muralhas mas suficientemente longe da confusão, e com lugar de garagem. Supermercado e padaria em frente. Bem equipado e limpo . O unico senão é que a 5 pessoa dormiu no sofá que não é sofá cama, mas para uma criança até aos 12 anos é suficiente!

• Fabíula Tison (10/5): Recomendo e voltaria a ficar aqui - Tudo novo, aconchegante, decoração de bom gosto, cozinha bem equipada, máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Camas muito confortáveis, roupas de cama de qualidade. Ar condicionado em um quarto e sala. No outro quarto não tem ar mas deixamos a porta aberta e o ar da sala refrescou o quarto. Está a 1 km da cidade velha, uns 15 minutos de caminha e tbm tem ponto de ônibus na frente, são 4 paradas até chegar a cidade velha. Está no segundo andar e não tem elevador, não nos atrapalhou até por que acho que não ter elevador é comum na maioria das construções por aqui. Mas para quem tem problema de mobilidade fica a dica
• Noé (9/5): Séjour très agréable. - L’appartement est très bien équipé et offre une place de parking qui est rare à Dubrovnik. Son emplacement permet de tout faire à pied avec une bonne vingtaine de minutes de marche.

Wspaniały kontakt z Gospodynią, która udzieliła dokładnych wskazówek krok po kroku jak dotrzeć do apartamentu, gdzie zaparkować auto itp. Było to bardzo pomocne! Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, bez problemu przygotowaliśmy własne rodzinne śniadanie i kolację. Zaskoczył nas miły i przepyszny prezent - domowa konfitura🤩!

• Marc (10/5): Exceptional - A really well lifted out property. Comfy beds, all utensils, 20 min walk to the old town or €6 in an Uber to pretty much go anywhere locally. Airport was €23 in Uber, double in a taxi! Not a thing

It's a modern apartment equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine, rooms are spacious and clean, beds are large and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpful, she prepared gift honey, which is really nice. Car parking is very convenient, we park our car for two days for free. almost nothing, I will recommend this apartment to my friends. one small tip for them is that DONOT take the bus in Dubrovnik. There is a bus stop just 1min walk away from the apartment, but the bus went around for about 30mins to the town while it takes normally 15min by walk. And even once the bus didn't stop at all for each stop and reach to the terminal directly. Most bus drivers dont speak English and very rude.

Ideal for families and friends. Having its own parking garage helped us a lot as the public parking is very expensive in Dubrovnik.

• Antonia (10/5): Perfect place for your family vacation that feels like home - Prestige 7 Apartment is a cosy accommodation located within a short walk to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean and has everything needed for an excellent stay - comfortable beds, an espresso machine + coffee capsules, fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, washing machine + thumble dryer, strong wifi, etc. Set in a quiet location, with magnificent views of the town and the sea from the balcony. There is a bakery and supermarket across the street. Sadly we had just one night there and couldn't enjoy it completely. A free parking spot is provided in an underground parking in the same building. Our host Marija was so kind to wait for us and meet us in the parking. Thank you, Marija, for all your help! I can fully recommend Prestige 7 Apartment.

• Charles (10/5): Elegant apartment in a great location. Will stay here again next time! - A very smooth experience for our last night of a Croatia road trip. The host Marija met us on arrival, but the keypad entry would have been easy enough on our own. Loved being walking distance from the old city yet having a parking garage. The apartment itself is beautifully finished, it's clear a lot of thought has gone into it. We'll spend longer in Dubrovnik next time and will definitely check availability here first.
