• Yesica (1/5): The worst apartment I’ve ever booked, dirty and thieves - Upon our arrival the accommodation was dirty with dirty layings and dirt like used cotton pads in the drawers of the closets, dirt under the bed, the glasses and dishes badly washed with remains of food inside them, the walls are too dirty as if someone walked every day on them, the television when you try to open a Netflix or Amazon restarts, we tried to open the sofa bed and there were too many food residues inside from it and lying dirty and with fluid stains, and as if that were not enough, we had an error in the reservation we paid 7 nights of stay but we put the dates wrong, we entered on December 10 and we had to leave on December 17 but because of an error in the reservation it said that we booked from 9-16 on the 16th they entered the apartment and took out and they told us that there was indeed an additional charge and that they would return the money but as soon as we left the accommodation they stopped answering and stole a day of

• Cheraky (5/5): The apartment was not too bad but customer service was horrible. There were no instructions on how to use the electric s - I like the location. Fairly quiet neighborhood and the size of the apartment was pretty big No instructions on how to use the stove, water heater and internet was slow.

• Alice (7/5): Good - great location and very spacious. as pictured. The host did not provide any kitchen cloths or tea towels which was not ideal. we also bought ingredients to make a dinner to find that majority of the pots and pans don’t work (they aren’t induction pots)

• Bethan (10/5): Wonderful big apartment - Entry for the property was great, being able to use a link to open the main door and room door. The apartment was extremely spacious with two big bedrooms and a big kitchen and living, with a smart Tv and WiFi. The balcony is also accessible by each room including the bathroom with automatic shutters. The apartment is a short walk from the metro for easy travel around Milan, lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby the apartment too. Any questions we had whilst staying were answered very quickly and very helpful. Next time we visit Milan I will be staying here!!!
