There were only cold sandwiches and pizza for late room service. Hilton pillows are always very comfortable and room temperature was perfect

• Sonali (4/5): Disappointing - Staff are rude. Only out to get your money. They charge you for water - even tap water is chargeable when asked to be delivered to the room. Parking charges - ridiculous - £25/day even for a guest staying the at the hotel.

Bed was huge and comfy. My bedroom window could do with a clean ..... And while it provided everything, the room was rather small. Wardrobe a bit on the basic side.

Questa caratteristica non era indicata nella descrizione al momento della prenotazione, e l’ho trovata poco trasparente. Consiglierei di specificarlo chiaramente nell’annuncio.

• Catherine (8/5): Nice hotel but expensive for the facilities on offer and the location being outside central London - It was well located for running the London marathon which was my intention but I’d very far from the centre of London. Closer to Greenwich Borough. They did provide free information and snacks and drinks for the runners before the race and staff were very encouraging and friendly. Expensive for the facilities and services. There was also some mould on the ceiling in the shower and the water in the shower was not very hot.

During check in you pay a deposit, the deposit idea for services were really good, it means to didn't have to break into your planned spending money, just for breakfast and the staff were really helpful, any questions you had they answered, next time I am in this part of London, I would stay here again. breakfast being self service was a major put off, it would have been far better if you could sit at a table, and choose from a menu, and have a waiter bring it over, it may seem a small thing, but when on a break you want to relax, not have to go and select your own sausage, bacon or eggs, or even toast your own bread. Considering the price of the breakfast it really should not have been self service, But that being said if they drop the self service, and have table service instead then this would be the best hotel I have ever been in.

Nette kamer, fijne douche. Lekker ontbijt. Greenwich leuke, gezellige wijk. en hotel lag rustig maar metro heel dichtbij en daardoor binnen 15 min in centrum bij Towerbridge.

• Brewster (9/5): Wonderful Birthday treat - I loved how welcoming the staff were. I was there as a birthday treat to myself. And I was upgraded on arrival. Very nice touch. There wasn't much to not like! The hotel is beautiful. My only criticism would be that there could perhaps be some higher table options in the lounge area as that was where I had dinner.

• KAREN JEANNETTE (7/5): An overall decent stay, but I would not recommend if you enjoy your shower or if you are a smoker. - The Bar area was well appointed and the overall look and feel inside the hotel was pleasant. Breakfast was tasty. Nowhere to have a smoke out of the rain. The bathroom configuration is terrible. The shower is so close to the basin, it is hard to get into it and the shower floor is slippery and the plug slips around too. Someone is going to get hurt like this
