• K VISAGIE (1/5): Extremely disappointed — false advertising, poor conditions, and no refund. Would not recommend this - Nothing The room I was given had nothing to do with the listing. Instead of the advertised nice double room with a hot tub and fireplace, I received a dirty back room with a broken ceiling. I tried to use the bed but it was so disgusting that I had to leave immediately. This was clear false advertising. The owner refused to refund me and did not address the misleading photos and description at all. Very shoddy business practices.

Huge suffocating smell of disinfectant. The walls of the room were an eyesore. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night. Very bad experience.

• Amokelane Benedict (8/5): My stay was wonderful and I enjoyed my time there. - My stay at De'Moore Guest House was delightful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and secure from outside all the way to inside. The pool was so clean and also the room and bathroom. I also liked that there was hot water in the morning and on that day, it was raining, so having hot water was really nice. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would go there again. As much as the room was not cold, I would have loved to have an operating AC.

• B (3/5): - The area was nice but except for that its not nice the place is creepy and gives a cheap brothel vibe the rooms are small and the bathroom didn't even have a sink u have to wash ur hands in the bath. Not recommended at all

The place felt safe and quiet The room that was allocated to us was horrible. -The bathroom did not have a basin -The toilet couldn't flush -We found floating poop 💩 inside the toilet 😡 -No shower -The blankets were dirty and smelly -The white cover was dirty and had stains everywhere -The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was uneven and we kept rolling into the middle. -Ants crawling on us the whole night -No place to put our clothes -No bar fridge for our food

• LUCKY (7/5): The property is very good except their kitchen which needs touch ups, and their beds need fixing - Their pool and excecize ground, was really amazing and good compares the price we paid, we really enjoyed and definitely we will come back on our next business trip or vacation Their kitchen was not in oder, most of the kitchen basics equipment was not there like they only had 1 table cloth very dirty and 1 spoon for eating...

The room was very spacious,clean swimming pool.. the staff was excellent, prompt response from the owner and staff.. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Air conditioners worked well… bar fridge was working too. Loved everything

The bed was so uncomfortable, had a dip in the middle. The TV was playing only 1 DSTV channel. No smart TV meaning NO Netflix, showmax or YouTube.

• Charles (7/5): In my 11 days staying there, the only people who made my stay memorable was the amazing staff - I liked the hospitality i recieved from the staff, excellent service, 10/10 The owner of the place is very aggressive and bossy. I changed rooms twice but it seems like all their beds' springs don't work, when you sleep you fall into a hole. There was no water for majority of the time i was there, at some point we flushed using water from the pool.
