• Heske Ottevanger (8/5): Hidden apartment at a great location - Great location, very clear and friendly instructions from the host, the airco and enough space for 4 p. The bed downstairs was not very comfortable, the one table we had fell apart, and the shower was also not working very well. The alleyway didn't really bother me but it closed after 11 and you had to open the gate lock risking your keys.

• Elisa (9/5): Comfortable stay at great location - I loved this place and would book it again. It's spacious and clean. A great location near famous sights and lots of shops. The downstairs shower was great, but the upstairs one with the tub didn't have warm water.
• Xiongwei (10/5): Come again next time - There are two floors of rooms, the items are clean and very tasteful, the location is very good, just next to the train street There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room, so you need to bring your own. The place is quite humid, and the clothes can't be dried after washing.

• Shane (10/5): Rare find in the old quarter - It's a clean, well-furnished place in a great location. It's just off of a busy street, but amazingly quiet inside. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The only thing I could suggest: a nice addition would be a drinking water jug in the kitchen.

The house is as per shown in the picture The water heater on the upper floor is not function properly. There’s time that the heater is not heating up and there’s time it function ok.

He explained everything & on time to hand over the key. rooms are very spacious & clean. The whole place is charming & great place to stay for anyone. My kids like so much of this place. Just keep some coffee then guests can enjoy it too. Also Thanks a lot for the 2 TVs. kids & adults can watch it separately without disturb...:) The location is also very convenient.

• Jean (9/5): Superb - Hidden in a small alley, this cosy apartment offers all the good vibes you would find at home. Very comfortable and charming. Very easy check in and the location is ideal to reach the old quarters or some less explored areas. Lots of food option around making it very convenient too. Defintely a good place to stay in Hanoi. (maybe just need a table/desk which is the only thing missing inside)
