• Nidhi (10/5): Excellent location walking distance from the major areas, supremely spacious and well lit! A great place for a family - The size of the rooms, the spacious arrangement! And the great location The second bathroom didn’t work 😏
• Jaana (8/5): Very good - Apartment was spacious. Two smoke alarm alarmed and there were no batteries.We called the contact number, but she couldn't confirm that someone brought batteries. Another shower didn't work.
• Risto (4/5): Nice location, but this is the only bonus. It is clean and nice place to stay, but without any “wow” - Location This property needs a bit refresment.
• Herman (1/5): The worst experience ever! - The location The apartment was in very bad shape, nothing like the pictures or description. Missing furniture, missing curtains, crayon-drawings on the wall, dirty walls among other things. The whole apartment looked like it was in the middle of a renovation. Loose electrical socket, broken shower, broken stove where some of the ”stunning” features. The host, 2nd Homes, out right lied to us and played delaying tactics. Do not fall for the sales pitch, the apartment is not what they claim. Looking at older reviews, the same problems have been there for a long time, indicating that the host has no intention to fix things. I am surprised Booking.com still markets their locations.
• Anna (1/5): We got bit by bed bugs while at the property and have not be able to resolve the issue with them. - We are extremely disappointed with this stay. We were bitten by bed bugs and the property has been noncommunicative and difficult to deal with in resolving this issue. We have provided them with evidence of bed bugs at the property and of our bites and since then they have stopped communicating with us. The property was also not very clean and lacking in some kitchen supplies. When we mentioned the kitchen supplies to the property they never responded.

• David (2/5): Disappointing - The location was ok but not at all near the other property that we had booked when we were told that they were near 7 floors -m on the top without a lift that worked. We had a baby and a pram which had to be walked up 7 flights and we were not told !!!!! - would have moved elsewhere. We also didn't have a cot - had to call up about it

• Miller (9/5): Perfect long term vacation home for a large family. Perfect location. - Location, size and convenience. Needs minor repairs on windows and doors.

Good ability to work etc cause very spacious. - Nice very spacious apartment with all needed equipment in lovely location with huge shopping mall and lots of restaurants - although everything closes at 9 and opens relatively late in the morning, being a (jetlagged) business tourist - especially for restaurants and bars, and stuff like coffee corners - that was hugely unexpected. But obviously not the fault od the apartment owners, although maybe a warning in the notes/brochure? We couldn't get the 2nd shower in the sauna to work (Which was what we had hoped for in the mornings for more flexibility, or to use as a relax/cool down after using the sauna, so now we sadly did not use it, the top button to control water was stuck/broken.), the wash basin cabinet in regular bathroom was broken and the regular shower is a "wet floors" concept (but luckily did work just fine), no door handle on front door of apartment - pulled off/attempted break-in? (No additonal locks, or a deadbolt.) The WiFi was usually good but sometimes a bit spotty and not very fast.
• Paul (3/5): Unclean, disfunctional and unwelcoming flat - Location Dirty apartment, damaged furniture, broken toilet seat, broken coffee machine, missing lightbulbs, one out of two showers barely functional, no coat hanger in the entrance (nor anywhere else), and very bad quality sofa bed that caused me back pain. Main bathroom was freezing cold, as a bonus.

• Leon (9/5): Very good value for money. Excellent location. - A very large and spacious apartment. Located in a central location and very close to public transportation and a train station. The apartment is very well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Not all interior doors can be closed, locks require maintenance.
• Abby (6/5): Apartment with stunning maintenance problems - Nice sized rooms, good light, good location. Clean. Not sure any of this qualifies as stunning though. It was too pricey, especially considering problems noted below. It’s a shame this apartment had maintenance problems that the property managers have been delaying repairs for since they’ve all been previously reported in reviews: 1. The kitchen light was burned out & it took several emails for them to replace it within 24 hours. Cooking in a dark kitchen was really a hassle. 2. The door handle to the toilet room is missing, so you’re basically clawing the door open. Not great. 3. The washer hose is too short & doesn’t reach the drain, thereby flooding the bathroom. Who wants wet feet walking into bathroom? Ugh. We were there for 3 nights & they only fixed the kitchen light in that time so they certainly don’t give the impression of caring. Likewise, their manager never got in touch as requested twice. For the price, this was not a great experience.
