• Johan (1/5): No vayan ahí, terrible - Nada es horrible no aconsejo a nadie ir ahí El lugar es una cuarteria súper cerrado, olor repugnante a cigarro en todos los espacios cerrados, el baño con olor a cigarro y suciedad El cuarto con la cama no muy cómoda espacio sumamente cerrado y con olor a cigarro también La puerta con unos picaportes de cierre el lugar luce totalmente inseguro y no es similar a las fotos y condiciones indicadas a la publicación es un timo

• Mihaela (1/5): Pésimo alojamiento - Mucha suciedad, humedad, paredes sucias y con humedad, muchísimo calor infernal, cucarachas por todas partes etc etc
• Antolin (7/5): Sencillo pero bien. - La ubicación excelente, no puedo decir mucho porque mi estancia fue breve pero en general la relación calidad-precio y por la zona que está ubicada está bien. El trato fue amable y puntuales. Me hubiese gustado que la hora de salida fuera un poco más tarde. Pero no lo digo como crítica.

• Miguel Angel (3/5): Mejor ve a otro sitio - Ubicación La puerta de la calle del edificio da a un pasillo a ambos lados del cual abren los aptamentos y el ascensor de muchos pisos. El apto. Tiene vidrio translúcido arriba de la puerta, cada vez que entra alguien (hasta las 3 de la mañana) o sale alguien (a partir de las 6) entra la luz., imposible dormir La cama pega en las paredes derecha e izqda de la habitación. Cuando vas a dormir el tfno, las gafas, etc. Las tienes que sacar por los pies de la cama. La percha se cae cada vez que cuelgas algo Cucarachas en la ducha. El agua se sale por el tubo donde va la pera. Descuido y abandono total

• sharay (5/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue la lavadora que es nueva y me a venido genial para lavar la ropa ya que con la ola de calor nos cambiemos un montón de veces. La cama sofá. Incómoda y el colchón sucio de restos humanos (regla,meados...)
• Sergio (5/5): - La ubicación y 2 ventiladores es lo mejor que tiene. El alojamiento era bastante claustrofóbico y con una sensación de humedad bastante grande. La ducha podía desbordarse si se duchan muy de seguido…

• Elsa (8/5): It was ok - We had to go to the hospital and asked for a taxi which they couldn't call. We had to download an app to call for a car. It is really cold in the winter and the space heaters are not sufficient.

• Sandra (9/5): I recomend this place! - The location was very good, the place was renovated, clean, very very quite, and big enough for three people. Street light is very limited, but if you go for work or turism, you will be only at night at the apartment. Everything else was perfect.

• Stasy (8/5): Good location near Atocha station and metro. Very clean. We received the keys from the employee exactly at the specified - The apartment was very comfortable to live in (there were three of us). Very clean, very comfortable. It was a little chilly at night so we turned on the heater.

• Maia (3/5): Poor - The location. We agreed on a time, but the guest was not there and we had to wait 30mins in the sidewalk just waiting for someone to show up. I called the office, they told me in a few mins someone would come. When nobody came, I called again and nobody answered anymore. The sofa bed is super short, around 1.60m, a normal person would have the feet hanging out. There was no blanket for the sofa bed, just the cover. The kitchen is minimal, there are no knives to cut (just regular knives for spreading something on bread, for example), there is no water boiler. It is supposed to fit 4 people, but there is no table where 4 people can eat, just max. 2. There are only 2 chairs available. The bathroom is super tiny, again if a normal size person sits on the toilet and the knees touch the wall. Super old.
• Rostam (5/5): Passable - All aparmtet was too small, small bathroom. Bad smell at all apartment with bad possibilitie to ventilate it. Sofa was sticky. Window above main door was made from glass and it makes light noise in the room.
• David (9/5): Well located modernised old style pensione. - Good location, charming apartment, good bathroom and kitchen, especially washing machine. Bed wasn't that comfortable.
