• Sergio (8/5): - El alojamiento es práctico, la cama era cómoda. El propietario muy atento y amable, nos facilitó recomendaciones acertadas. Está situado en una zona desde la que queda todo cerca, radio de 20 minutos aproximadamente. Se escuchaba el ruido de la calle (a pesar de que estaba cortada por obras, se oía a la gente que pasaba) y también a los vecinos de arriba. El agua caliente del termo nos pareció escasa para 2 personas, duraba 15 minutos.
• Bertrand (10/5): Appartement idéal pour visiter Florence - Très bon accueil de Gianni, dans son appartement tout confort. Le lit est très confortable, le quartier est calme. L'appartement est idéalement situé juste à coté du Ponte Vecchio : Toute la visite de la ville se fait à pied depuis l'appartement. Je recommande.

• Luca (10/5): - Siamo stati veramente bene la posizione è eccezionale lontano quanto basta dal caos ma vicino al centro, host gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto e per tutto, unica pecca se così la possiamo chiamare la tv che non andava ma sono sicuro che la sistemeranno al più presto
• Roberto Angelo (10/5): - The host is very friendly! The Apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. There is a small hill to walk until the apartment but after eating the amazing italian food you can use it as an exercise.

El anfitrión muy amable, te informa tanto lo más importante para visitar, como donde comer, tomar un buen helado…. 100% recomendable Nada

• Deanna (9/5): - Great location, very clean and roomy. Having a washing machine was fantastic. Gianni was lovely and helped us take our luggage up then gave us an extensive run down of what to do and see, even gave us a bottle or wine and left some lollies in the room. Was also super helpful booking us a taxi for our early morning departure to the train station. Highly recommend to others. It’s up a bit of a hill and there are a few flights of stairs but these weren’t really a bother for us.

• Deané (9/5): - Very nice and clean, it was a comfortable stay. With a very informative host. Good location with nice restaurants near by. It was hard to get our large suitcases up and down all the steps, but not the host's fault.

• Dani G (10/5): Would do it all over again - The place was beautiful with everything that you needed. It even has a washing machine and they provide the soap to do your laundry.. The landlord met us on arrival and explained us absolutely everything about the flat, and marked a on a map a bunch of recommendations to try out in the city. The also left us a bottle of wine. Bare in mind there's a very steep hill to get to the flat and the a bunch os sets of stairs to access it, but if can get past that, you should definitely rent this place. nothing, everything was great.

• Antonio (9/5): Wonderful place for a magical city - Gianni met us at the property to check in and give us recommendations. We also got a complimentary local Tuscan wine which we enjoyed. Apartment was very central and easy to get to the centre. It was spacious,clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a early morning train to catch and Gianni arranged for a taxi to pick us up in time. The uphill road was at first a challenge but we got used to it.

• Brianna (10/5): Exceeded expectations, highly recommend! - We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Barbara & Gianni met us at the apartment to handover the keys. Gianni took the time to give us a full orientation to the apartment, and gave us suggestions for our stay in Florence on a map (restaurants, gelato, sights). The location was slightly out of the extreme tourist core of Florence while still being very central to everything. The apartment was clean, bed was comfy, A/C worked well, kitchen was fully equipped. Highly recommend, no complaints!

• Meiry (9/5): Would definitely get back - Location is very convenient, the apartment is clean, the bed is super comfortable. The street is quiet. Gianni was super friendly and available when we needed him. He also gave us some great tips to explore the city. Very little hot water available. It is doable but not if you’re not up to a very fast shower. When there are people upstairs it might get noisy - the apartment right above is also for temporary rent and one night we had a very bad experience with the guests. The kitchen is pretty functional but some extra glasses would be great. That being said, I would definitely stay there again!
• Ann (10/5): Great place to stay in Florence - This was a great place to stay in Florence near the Ponto Vecchio bridge. We walked everywhere from it. Had a wonderful time. The host Gianni met us and gave us a map and identified where many key sites were located and gave us restaurant, grocery store and gelato recommendations. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Florence. The only concern is that you have to walk up a steep road to get to the property and then there are 40 steps to get to the apartment. We managed ok, but could be an issue for some. Just something to be aware of.
• Celia (10/5): Incredible!!! - The location could not have been better! Five minutes from Ponte Vecchio!!!! The apartment is relatively spacious for an affordable stay in Florence with a washing machine, kitchen, small office space etc. Our host was fantastic- very communicative, friendly, helpful, and made us feel so comfortable immediately. Would stay here every time I come to Florence! Not an issue for myself or my travel buddy, but if you have mobility issues I would not suggest staying here. You do have to climb a fairly steep hill (approx 3 minutes walk) and then several flights of stairs to reach the room. You can absolutely access by taxi though so you are able to skip the hill climb in that way. Don't miss this gem!!!

• Marina (9/5): Very pleasant stay, in a good location! - Good location, clean and comfortable. Helpful hosts! Helped us with restaurant suggestions, getting a taxi. There was no daily cleaning service. We could have used more than one set of towels for the entire stay. Getting up to the property is a bit challenging, up a steep hill, but it was a good exercise!
• Brittany (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a quiet, convenient location. - Everything! Location so close to Ponte Vecchio, apartment was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The washing machine is a huge win when you’ve been travelling. Gianni was the most lovely host ever! He spent lots of time with us showing us local recommendations and also a Golf Buggy trip with a discount - which was a highlight for us. Absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Will be telling my friends. Thank you Gianni and Barbara! We so appreciate your hospitality. Nothing!
• Seamus (10/5): Very pleasant, Florence was exceptional - Very close to the tourist attractions, but in a nice quiet location. Very comfortable, with a modern washing machine & ironing board. Plenty of space in this well equipped accommodation. Great host with great recommendations for shopping & eating. Thin steep stairs to access. Difficult with large luggage bags.

The host was very communicative and friendly and gave a great welcome! Thank you for our stay! Just to note you walk up a hill to the apartment. There was a bit of damp on some of the ceiling but didn't impact our stay by any means!

He also went above and beyond by giving us a lot of info on what to do in the city etc. The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped and prob located in the best area of Florence. I will for sure be back!

It was an overall wonderful experie - Great size and layout to stay for consecutive days, including a washing machine and all amenities needed to be self sufficient and comfortable. The location was excellent, could walk everywhere, right in the heart of the city. A great place to stay.

• Paul (10/5): Ideal location in Florence. - The location was ideal. The heat cooling system was perfect. The shower was large, and the hot water was instant. The host was very helpful and informative. A grocery store and several shops and the Ponte Vecchio bridge or about a 2 or 3 minute wallk from the apartment. All in all, I would definitely stay there again. A few flights of steps to the apartment. The street the apartment is located is on a somewhat steep grade. The trash bins were about a 3 or 4 minute wslk away from the apartment. But in no way is this a problem, except for someone who has difficulty walking.

He was very kind and friendly and told us many things about the town, sighttseeing and places to eat. The apartment is very comfortable and there is everything you need. The location of the property is perfect! We had a wonderful stay and we are very thankful to Barbara and Gianni. Highly recommend this place! There is nothing we did not like.

• Siyana (10/5): Recommended with two hands - The apartment it's with the best possible location. You can go everywhere for 5 to 10 min walk. We was a a bit late, but the host was super friendly and was waiting for as. He welcome as with a bottle of Chianti as a gift, that was super sweet. The apartment is extremely clean, and have everiting that you need including iron that wasnt in the description. The communication with the host was super easy also. I totally recommend this place. Тhe only recommendation I would make is to put mosquito netting on the windows. Although there is excellent air conditioning, some people prefer natural ventilation, especially in the months when the temperatures allow it
