• Mark (9/5): Overall a good time and in the heart of everything. - Great location, someone met us at the door early to lets us in so we could drop off the bags prior to heading out for a walking tour. The noise on the street was fairly loud all night until about 4-5am. The bathroom door locked by accident and it took about 5 minutes to get out. Malfunctioned locking handle.

• Marius Florinel (10/5): - The staff was very helpful and responded quickly when contacted. We had a problem with the dorm door, but was fixed while we were visiting the city (Jose asked for permission to enter the apartment - which was nice). The location is excellent. The apartment has all the facilities. The sofa bed has hard edges, but was fine for sleeping.
• Olya (10/5): - I can't imagine a better location. Incredibly comfortable and clean apartment. Extremely fast and good communication with the host. Safe area and as a bonus an incredible view of the Easter procession from the terrace. I generally don't like carpets, but that's just my opinion.;)))

• CARLOS (10/5): a perfect place to became a madrileño for a season - excellent location at a spacious renovated flat. it is practically close to everything by walk or subway. the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very clean and has a very good pressured shower it is a bit noisy at night because of its location

• Storia (10/5): Fantastico - Appartamento spazioso e molto curato nei particolari. Posizione eccellente, praticamente in centro.Ottimo soggiorno.
• Sandra (10/5): Exceeded all expectations. - Spotless apartment, perfect location, extremely comfortable bed, great bathroom with 2 sinks, towel warmer, great lighting options, nice shower. Lots of little touches like water in the fridge, lots of coffee pods, laundry detergent, drying rack…everything. Could have used one more blanket but I’m sure they would have brought it I we had requested it. The apartment itself was perfect. If I had to pick something negative, it would be the smell in the stairwell. That however, is not within the control of the apartment and a very minor item.

• Artur (10/5): - Идеальное расположение, в пешеходной доступности от многих достопримечательностей. В апартаментах продумано все до мелочей, придраться не к чему. Матрас идеальный, качественные полотенца, ванна комната чистая и свежая, есть стиральная и посудомоечные машины, таблетки для обеих в наличии, полный набор посуды, кофе и т.д . Ночью на улице шумно, но пластиковые окна почти не пропускают звуков.

• Maria (8/5): Nice, lux accomodation in the heart of Barrio de Las Letras - The owner, Joaquin, was so nice and communicated well. He was kind enough to wait with our suitcases as we went to park our car and then came up with us to enter the apartment. The apartment was modern with a luxurious touch (zoom-faced mirror, towel warmer, embroidered sheets that smelled clean...). You are near Plaza Santa Ana in the Barrio de las Letras, which is busy so prepare for some noise.

The facilities are generally excellent. - The location was excellent for most of Madrid experiences such as Puerta Del Sol, the Prado, Plaza Mayor etc. The facilities were also very good, including the bed. The property was exceptionally clean. There is also a Carrefour Express supermarket 30 metres away which sold most things you would need. Also there is a pharmacy very close. Although the appliances in the kitchen were very good, there were little cooking utensils which was a shame - no tongs, no kitchen knife, vegetable peeler and other basic items. Also due to the proximity of a night club in the street, street noise could be an issue in the early morning hours.
• Jacquelynn (10/5): Perfect apartment for a couple or small family to walk to Madrid’s attractions and the Metro station. - The location is great and the apartment is exactly as the photos show. It is modern and clean. A few times I heard noise from the street but it never interrupted my sleep. The elevator was tiny so it took multiple trips with our luggage.

The quality is like in the top level hotel, the staff was very helpful with any questions we had, communication was easy and quick, comfortable beds, super clean Thank you for the accommodation!!! We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone

• Jammy (5/5): Reasonable but need to upgrade the toiletries!! - Location is good, comfortable bed, additional queen couch bed. Renovated bathroom. We were 3 people and we stayed there for 4 days. Despite mentioned on the appartment descriptions, we were given minimal toiletries were provided, we were given very small 6 tubes of all in one liquid (shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner) for 3 people for 4 days stay. The hand soap was almost empty. 2 laundry pods were provided. Host could not understand or speak English. No moisturizer, no daily room cleaning!!
