Завтрак в отеле ориентирован на азиатскую кухню, что я скорее отмечу как особенность отеля, нежели как недостаток. В номерах бесплатный мини бар и кофемашина.

El desayuno un auténtico desastre, poco que escoger y muy malo, aparte de la falta de limpieza en todo el conjunto del hotel, aspecto muy negativo.

- Shokhboz (9/5): Superb - The location is great — just 150 meters from a subway station. McDonald's, Starbucks, and FamilyMart are all within 30 meters. It’s a relatively peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. The staff were kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mia and the other receptionists for making our trip easy and smooth. All was good, but they should work on the housekeeping. It was a little disappointing that the cleaning lady didn’t even vacuum. She did replace the daily supplies perfectly and made the beds, though. Maybe we should have requested vacuuming or cleaning the floor separately... Still, the room was big, comfortable, and bright - everything else was very good.

- K (3/5): Paid price for breakfast but didn't get it. - Breakfast was included in room price and we have booked 2 twin rooms over total 4 guests. but surprisingly when we approached for breakfast the staff denied then I reported to the front desk but again only 2 person (1 room) got the same and other guests denied again. No bell boy, no service at the room.

- Yuwin (8/5): Was an enjoyable stay. - Facilities, Room and Location of hotel was excellent. Conveniently located within a short walk from the Metro station. Starbucks, Mini super market and Mcdonalds located just around the building. Difficult to communicate with most staff at reception since no one speaks English. Property was advertised with Gym, however there is no Gym in this hotel. Specifically booked this hotel to use the Gym facilities during the stay.

Could have gotten better hotels in the city with the price paid. Breakfast. Limited selection. Some dishes were cold. Overheard staff informing some guests whom had arrived a few days earlier that they are trying to improve. Orange juice from bottles not opened put on ice tray with no ice. On second day of breakfast, left my unfinished food on the table to get a 2nd helping of coffee only to discover everything was cleared when I returned with my coffee. Coffee House/Bar at ground floor had no service. Was told can't be charged to room. Need to first pay at counter before the beer is served to you. Wanted to pay on check-out with a Debit Card but was not able to credit back the deposit held on the Credit Card when I checked in. Vehicles cannot reach the main entrance of the hotel. No signs on Main Road to show that there's a hotel at the side of an office building.
