• Frédérique & Stéphane A (8/5): Aux portes d'Exarkia - Aux portes d'Exarkia (donc sans la cohue des bars qui ne ferment jamais) Petit appartement agréablement agrémenté d'une terrasse conséquente orientée plutôt à l'Ouest (pas de soleil direct avant 15h) avec 1 chaise longue et un petit canapé, baies vitrées à galandage munies de moustiquaires (pas utiles en Avril) et de volets coulissants bien occultants . Table haute dans le coin cuisine avec 2 tabourets mais sans lumière ! et un coin salon avec une méridienne . Sdb aveugle Immeuble de bureau avec volet roulant et ascenseur pas très glamour dans une rue ou circule beaucoup de voitures (terrasse donc bruyante , bruit atténué par la hauteur et le double vitrage à l'intérieur). Il manque une lumière coté cuisine. Et je n'aime pas devoir récupérer des clés dans une boite à clé sans voir quiconque, dans d'autres logements la relation avec un local permet de se sentir accueilli à l'étranger et d'avoir quelques infos (resto, expos etc...)

The place that is equally ideal for wandering around the city and for enjoying pleasant evenings at home.❤️ I would add a washing machine, as it would make longer stays more comfortable. Also, an extra blanket for bedroom 😄

• Laurie (10/5): Exceptionally clean apartment in a lovely, authentic area right in the heart of Athens. - Spotlessly clean and very well-equipped apartment in a lovely, authentic part of Athens. The area is full of great local restaurants and bars, making it a wonderful place to be based while exploring the city. The balcony was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and David (the host) was incredibly prompt with fantastic communication throughout. Highly recommend!

• Nuria (7/5): Ubicación perfecta, apartamento correcto. - La ubicación y la terraza, del todo necesaria para estar más cómodos, para cenar y desayunar de manera holgada. El anfitrión contesta a tus mensajes de manera rápida y tiene aire acondicionado sin el que no se podría estar el apartamento en verano. El edificio de oficinas en el que se encuentra el apartamento. Es muy antiguo y las escaleras que dan al piso son casi tétricas. Es un 5º piso, se estropeó el ascensor y nadie vino a repararlo. No hay contratado el típico servicio de urgencias para averías que tiene cualquier bloque de pisos para este tipo de urgencias. La cocina es pequeña si necesitáis cocinar en ella, pero para preparar un desayuno o algo ligero es correcta.
• Vitali (10/5): Very cool apartment! - We were very lucky to have chosen this apartment, it is simply magnificent. We were so good that we didn't even want to leave. The room had everything for a comfortable stay, even the smallest details were taken into account. The room itself was very clean and very comfortable, plus a great terrace! In a word, we really liked everything and I recommend it with all my heart! I want to say special thanks to David! He was very attentive and helped us with all the questions, it was great to communicate with him, we will definitely come back to magical Athens! Everything is just great!
• Kzsu (10/5): Central location, comfortable, clean flat, good communication with host. - Easy and central location in Exarcheia, with lots of restaurants, cafés, bars. Conveniently located on a high floor with huge terrace, so the street noise is somewhat filtered. Equipped with all conveniences, hot water from solar heaters, allowing constant, easy use. Nice design. Particularly enjoyed the deck chair and the day bed. Smooth communication with the host before and during the stay. Central location has the inevitable inconvenience of loud noise from the street below and from the nearby bars. With the windows and doors shut, most of it could be filtered though during to night to allow sleep.

• Keri (10/5): Great apartment very close to major attractions - We spent 5 days in the apartment. We had everything we needed there. In the bathroom, there was a comfortable shower, bath products, and a hairdryer. The kitchen had a large fridge, all necessary utensils, cutlery, and pots, a coffee machine with capsules, and even olive oil and salt were available. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, and a wardrobe (and iron in it). In the room that served as a mini living room, there was a very comfortable place to lie down and watch smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). And that terrace! :) Very large, with comfortable furniture, we loved chilling there with coffee or wine. The location is great in terms of proximity to attractions. Literally 5 minutes on foot to the National Archaeological Museum, about 10 minutes to the foothills of Lycabettus Hill (highly recommend for great views!), and approximately 20-25 minutes to the Acropolis. We walked everywhere, which was very convenient :) Plenty of taverns and bars around, many places open from early morning (great breakfast options) to late night. However, it's important to note that it's quite close to Omonia Square (where you might encounter some sketchy individuals). Nevertheless, the area is usually bustling with people, so there's nothing to worry about, and I emphasize that we were there off-season (early March). Finally, a big thanks to David, our host, who was very courteous and attentive, always easy to contact and ready to help at all times! <3 We wholeheartedly recommend this place! :)

• Jackie (9/5): Clean and comfortable in central location. - Clean, comfortable apartment in the centre of the city, close to Omonia metro station, also bars and restaurants. We asked David for more pillows but otherwise well equipped and very comfortable.

• Andrew (10/5): great location outside touristic area but close enough, smart apartment - friendly and helpful host - the location was great - about 20 minutes from all the sites. Not a very touristic area, around the back were cafes and bars with lots of energy and young people (as well as some older ones!) So I enjoyed being not in the heart of the tourist area, but able to walk down to it easily. There were also good restaurants and cafes around - probably 1/2 the clientele would be locals. The host was also excellent - was in constant communication to help me get the best from the apartment. Very friendly and helpful.

David is an amazing host, he shared all the needed details in advance before check in anfd check out and was constantly in touch when neccesery. The place looks just like the pics; it is comfortable and perfect for two people. The kitchen is perfectly equipped as well. We loved our stay; thank you, David! Everything was perfect!
