• Michael (9/5): Sa Calma Beach House. - The Sa Calma Beach House was very conveniently located for the beach, shops and the square for pubs and restaurants. A lovely, well equipped, surprisingly spacious one bedroomed house on the seafront. A very quiet area, given that it's so close to lots of amenities. The hosts were very easy to contact and booking instructions very clear. We would certainly visit again in the future and recommend the accommodation to other travellers. The house suited all of our needs.

Lovely quite area. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and sun shade. Nothing - really comfortable house!!

• Daniel (9/5): Great location for solo traveller or a couple. - The location is excellent, and spacious for a one bedroom property. Well equipped kitchen, and very handy having a washing machine. There isn’t much not to like.
• Tracey (3/5): The damp and smell made us feel unwell. Put our clothes in the wardrobe and the next day they were damp. We did complain - Location The smell. The damp . The cold. Had to ask for a heater and was given a very small blow heater .

• Lauranne (9/5): - Emplacement idéal à 50m de la plage et des restaurants, dans une allée calme. Logement propre, spacieux et fonctionnel, personnel très réactif par message. Literie confortable mais le lit grince dès qu'on bouge un peu.

Ottima la posizione per visitare un’isola piena di magia - La posizione lontana dalle zone più turistiche e la vicinanza alla spiaggia Era presente solo l’essenziale (un sapone mani), nessun bagno schiuma e poca carta igienica (solo 2 rotoli per una settimana di soggiorno) presente nell’appartamento.

• Hayley (10/5): Fabulous. - Another fantastic stay. We love the Beach House. Has everything you need and in a fabulous location. Beautiful surroundings with a great view. The bench on the terrace has been replaced with sun loungers which is much better, and also lots of chairs for sitting outside. The WiFi has now been upgraded and is 100% better. Can’t wait to come back. ❤️ Nothing.
• Aileen (7/5): Good - The property was in a excellent location with a beautiful view of part of the sea and palm trees very quiet and minutes from bars and restaurants, beds very comfortable, good shower my only constructive critism is that' the apartment was cozy but could benefit from a bit of modernisation and air conditioning units aswwll as having a information pack with info on buses ,emergency services, dentists of all languages, ,how to operate the oven,washing machine and TV otherwise we were throughly happy and would stay there again fatima was professional and very nice thank you

• Gillian (9/5): An idyllic retreat - Ideally placed for the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. We arrived earlier than expected and the host kindly messaged us to say the apartment was ready. It was spotlessly clean with a traditional and homely feeling. The living room / kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a washing machine in the small back yard and a drying area which proved to be very handy. All in all an idyllic little retreat which we will definitely seek to use again. Nothing

• Ginette (3/5): Poor - The place was not as I expected not very clean smelt of damp mould in corners of rooms .very dark in their taxis could not get to it had to walk a long way with suitcases .setting in the main room very uncomfortable. Didn't no were to put bin rubbish Court yard diet much sun had to keep bedroom curtains closed as people could see in otherwise All what I put in the top massage
• Martin (5/5): Overall we really liked it. - Location is excellent,only seconds to beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Host very kindly left us in before the check in time on day of arrival. Also offered us to stay later on day of departure. Very peaceful area and we loved the fact it felt so so safe. While we liked most of every aspect of the house it could really do with some touch ups. We felt the house was dirty in many places and very shabby. While the kitchen has all that's needed to cook etc but there are chips and cracks on a lot of the plates, cups etc and a total mish mash of items. There was also a tree growing over the pergola so it was a constant job to keep the leaves clear of the area. With very little tlc this lovely house could become a real little gem.

The house is very well-kept and offers all the necessary amenities, both in the kitchen and for living comfortably. It’s located just 50 meters from the beach, which made our vacation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local area. Communication with the rental agency was smooth and professional throughout the stay. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this place!

• Julie (10/5): I’ve completely enjoyed my stay, everything was amazing. - I liked the quiet location. The amenities in the property. The cleanliness. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The outside space, I felt safe being a solo traveller. Nothing at all.
• Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location with a sea view. Central to many restaurants and supermarkets and a minutes walk to the beach. Usually stay in hotels and this was the first time in a self catering property. Very comfortable and homely with lots of small touches like beach towel pegs and books/games. Great shower and handy seperate outside courtyard area for hanging wet swimwear and towels. Already booked to go back again. Only thing I could add, which is not a dislike is that it would be perfect with a sofa, but existing seating area is comfortable and in keeping with the property style.

Great to have a washing machine and a huge drying area for clothes.Full kitchen with a really cold fridge.The shower was really good with plenty of hot water.Hosts responded straight away to any queries.Excellent value accommodation.
• Stephen (8/5): Cucharas getaway. - Beautiful little one bedroom cottage, 3 minutes from Las Cucharas beach. 5 minutes from local shops and an excellent selection of restaurants. Small terrace, perfect for a morning coffee. Spotless, good WiFi, surprisingly spacious inside, nice kitchen, large bathroom, excellent shower and lots of hot water. I'm not exactly a small person so I was a little disappointed with the two single beds. The bedroom could easily accommodate a good quality double bed with good quality bedding and pillows. Wouldn't put me off staying there, but I would give it a perfect rating if these improvements were made.
