• EUN YOUNG (10/5): 다시 로마에 간다면 마시모씨의 아파트를 선택할 거예요!!! - 마시모씨의 숙소는 정말 편하고 좋아요. 1. 위치:저희는 3박을 머물렀는데 A선 Giulio Agricola역에서 도보로 5분 걸리는 위치로, 로마 중심지를 아주 잘 다녀왔어요. 스페인계단, 트레비분수, 판테온, 나보나광장, 성천사성과 바티칸 베드로대성당, 포폴로광장과 핀초언덕 등 이 모든 곳이 A선에 있어요. 또한 아파트 입구에 슈퍼도 있고 숙소로 가는 길에 conad도 있어서 장 보기 편리해요. 동네에 과자 기념품을 저렴하게 판매하는 할인점도 있어요. 클라우디아 수도교도 900미터 떨어진 곳에 있는데 해질녘에 가면 수도교 배경으로 좋은 사진도 건딜 수 있어요. 2. 침실:침실이 2개인데 둘 다 침대가 편안하고 깨끗했어요. 침실마다 넷플릭스, 유튜브 시청이 가능한 TV와 에어컨이 완비되어있어요. 전신거울이 문 뒤에 숨어있어요. 3. 서비스: 마시모씨가 환영 선물로 냉장고에 2리터 물 2병, 냉동실에 아이스크림, 스텐드바에 콜로세움 모양 쿠키, 빨간 통 3개에 아기자기하게 스낵류를, 와인 한 병까지 준비해주어서 고마웠어요. 4. 주방: 찬장에 양념류(소금, 후추, 바질, 파프리카 가루)와 올리브오일, 밀가루, 커피머신이 있어 집에서처럼 편안하게 잘 활용했어요. 조리도구가 잘 준비되어있어요. 가스렌지를 처음 사용할 땐 싱크대 아래쪽에 있는 밸브를 열고 사용해요. 5. 소통: 피렌체에서 낮 12시 좀 넘어 도착했는데 짐을 먼저 넣어둘 수 있게 해주었어요. 왓츠앱으로 소통하면서 여행이 끝까지 잘 마무리되도록 배려해주셨죠. 출국날엔 밤 9시 넘어 출국이라 오후까지 아파트에 머물도록 배려받았어요. 무거운 캐리어 끌고 돌아다니지 않아 얼마나 편했는지 몰라요. 주변의 맛집, 카페, 바 등을 링크로 안내도 해주었어요. 아무 것도 없어요!

• Clemens Hentzschel (9/5): Perfect for a week in Rome - I shared with my brother and I must admit almost everything in the apartment was nice. Regarding inventory it has everything from washing to cooking to umbrellas you name it they have it. The kitchen table clothes could have been cleaned and while a bottle of wine was nice there were some rather old and stale sweet delights presented which sadly we had to throw away.
• AMJAD (10/5): ممتاز ومذهل يفوق التوقعات - هذه تجربتي الثانية من هذا cosy flat ,انصح بها بقوة ، الشقة جميلة جدا والمسؤول عنها مهذب جدا ومهتم بأدق التفاصيل ، تشعر نفسك ببيتك وربما اكثر ، يتوفر حولها كلشي تتوقعه ولا تتوقعه. تستطيع تأمين حاجاتك اليومية بسرعه ، وحولك المطاعم بأنواعها ، والحدائق وخاصة حديقة القنوات المائية انصح بقوة بعد تجربته مرتين . بصراحة و واقعية لم اجد شي ،وصدقوني لا ابالغ

• Cavallaro (10/5): - La struttura è un appartamento molto accogliente e ben curato anche nei piccoli dettagli da parte dell'host. È pulitissimo e per le coppie con figli c'è la comodità delle due stanze separate. Nella struttura c'è una cucina completa di tutti gli accessori, così come nel bagno in cui si trovano tutto ciò che può essere utile per una famiglia, tipo il fono, lo scaldotto, diversi bagnoschiuma, la lavatrice ecc ecc.. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato e riscalda la casa in maniera ottimale e in più ci sono anche due condizionatori. In ogni stanza c'è la TV, che è una grande comodità che non si trova dappertutto. L'acqua calda è gestita con uno scaldabagno ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di mancanze di acqua calda nonostante fossimo in tre. L'host ci ha fatto trovare alcune piccole coccole come dei cioccolatini natalizi e una bottiglia di vino. La struttura si trova nel quartiere Cinecittà, che conosco bene perché ormai salgo spesso per venire a trovare mia figlia e posso dire che è un bel quartiere tranquillo, pieno di vita e con tanti negozi per qualsiasi cosa cerchiate e con molti localini per mangiare. A due passi si trova la fermata della metropolitana con cui in venti minuti si arriva in centro. Infatti per muoversi non è conveniente farlo con l'auto ma conviene utilizzare i mezzi pubblici per godersi anche la città.
• INGRID (10/5): The apartment is located in a very nice area near Piazza San Giovanni Bosco with great shops. - The location was perfect. It was 5 mins from the Metro A station Giulio Agricola. The rooms are very big and the beds are very comfortable for tall and big people. In the apartment was everything we needed. From coffee machine, Kettle, toaster, hair dryer to washing machine and iron. The owner was very kind and we were able to stay longer in the apartment as we had a flight at night. We certainly will come back again. We had 3 cold and rainy days and we would have liked a little heater in the bathroom. There is central heating but only in the evening.
• AMJAD (10/5): - كانت تجربة رائعه ، و تكرر مرة اخرى ، تشعر انك في بيتك ، كل ما تحتاجه موجود بالشقة ،و بأدق التفاصيل ، اشكر السيد ماسيمو على اهتمامه و حرصه على راحة النزلاء ، المنطقة ايضا رائعه ، كل الخدمات موجودة ( مطاعم ،أسواق، حدائق ...) ، وسائل النقل ( المترو ) قريب جدا منك ، ومنه تنتقل الى اي مكان .انصح بقوة بها ، وإذا زرت روما مرة أخرى سوف تكون خياري الأول لم أجد شي لم يعجبني بكل صراحة

• Gianella (9/5): - La limpieza, las instalaciones. La amabilidad de Massimo y sus atenciones de bienvenida. La proximidad a la estación de metro. Nada para decir del alojamiento. En la zona no se paga estacionamiento pero cuesta bastante conseguir lugar y no es muy segura, quizás lo mejor sería dejar el auto en un parking.

• Tataranni (9/5): - Host molto disponibile. Posizione ottima in un quartiere tranquillo e a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Appartamento con ampie camere, abbastanza recente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno ottimale (compreso il molto apprezzato aperitivo offerto con bottiglia e patatine). Nella zona ci sono parcheggi gratuiti ma bisogna girare parecchio per trovare un posto libero.

• Monika (9/5): It was a very good stay. - Comfortable and clean appartment, good location - close to the metro station, small local shops nearby, quiet and equipped in all we needed (also coffee, hairdryer or basic bathroom cosmetics). Everything was clean and all equipment worked well. Good online communication with the host who was also flexible with our check-in and check-out. I can really recommend it. The appartment is in a block of flats but the neighbourhood is nice, it is not a drawback at all - we felt really safe even late in the evening. There are some full trash bins in the street on the way to the metro but this is not disturbing, I think it's rather local aesthetics.

• malkon (10/5): - Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, czyste. W każdej sypialni klimatyzacja, telewizor i nawet telewizor w jadalni. Łóżka bardzo duże, wygodne. W każdej sypialni duża szafa z wieszakami i półkami, do tego po obu stronach łóżek stoliczek i lampki nocne, do tego biurka i krzesła. Dużo miejsca w sypialniach. Łazienka w pełni wyposażona: pralka, środki higieniczne jak żel, maszynka do golenia, środki chemiczne do prania, odświeżacz powietrza, zapas papieru toaletowego, komplety ręczników, nawet patyczki do uszu😉, suszarka do włosów i żelazko. Kuchnia: ekspres na kapsułki (kawa w kapsułkach też była), komplet naczyń, mikrofala a nawet toster 😊. W lodówce czekała na nas schłodzona woda w małych butelkach oraz butelka wina🍷, i słodki poczęstunek( rogaliki z czekoladą😋). Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne, w cichej okolicy i bez hałaśliwych sąsiadów, pełen relaks. Stacja metra dosłownie 3 min od domu. Połączenie z najważniejszymi miejscami w Rzymie - rewelacja! Zameldowanie bezproblemowe nawet po północy ☺️ za co dziękujemy. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, wskazał nam miejsca gdzie blisko domu zjemy dobrą włoską pizzę, lody czy makarony. Wskazał też by odwiedzić pobliski park - faktycznie ciekawe miejsce z dużą przestrzenią do spaceru chociażby po całym dniu intensywnego zwiedzania oraz z wolno latającymi papugami🦜. Naprawdę rzadko się zdarza tak dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, w dogodnej lokalizacji i za dobrą cenę. Jeśli kiedyś jeszcze wrócimy do Rzymu, to na pewno będziemy szukać wolnego terminu w Cosy Flat Cinecitta😉. A właścicielowi dziękujemy♥️

• Оксана (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean apartments, convenient location, for those who are not afraid to use public transport. There are all necessary coffee, shops, restaurants, and shops nearby. Simple and clear check-in instructions. The owner is always in touch and ready to help with advice. The plumbing in the bathroom could be better.
• Stine (10/5): Perfect! - The appartement was as described. Very nice and cosy and close to a metro station. After a busy day in Rome, we enjoyed relaxing in a more quiet neighbourhood. Can recommend the restaurant PePPO a Cinecittà 10 minutes away. Communication with the host was easy and we felt very welcomed with sweets and snacks left for us when we arrived.
• Wiecher (10/5): Cosy and comfortable it is! - Cosy it is, it’s small but is very homely decorated and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The AC’s in both bedrooms came in very handy! It’s on the A-line about 20 minutes from stops like Termini or Spagna. We liked it to be out of the touristic huddle in the fringes of the day. It’s also quite close to a beautiful parc with, amongst others, remnants of a Roman. aquaduct All is well

The metro is located a few minutes from the apartment so the city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Supermarket at the bottom of the building. The apartment is well equipped. Cookies and chilled welcome drinks awaited upon arrival. Owner always responded very quickly. Special thanks for the flexible arrival and departure time.

Massimo, the host, was very helpful, and when we arrived, there was a welcoming gift waiting for us - a cake, snacks, drinks, and even a bottle of prosecco! We had everything we needed during our stay, and it is probably the coziest and cleanest apartment we've been to so far.

The host went out of his way to make sure everything was fine, communicated all the directions and everything else necessary quickly and kindly. The place is just like in the photos and amazing. The kitchen in particular was well prepared for our stay with water in the fridge, coffee pods etc. I couldn't recommend more. All of us were thrilled to stay there. It's only 5 minutes to the metro and it does take around 30-45 minutes to go to the touristy places but that was not a problem for us as it was a quiet neighborhood so we didn't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the city center. • Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - first of all, the owner was very helpful with all the information he gave us prior to our arrival! As far as the apartment is concerned, it was really clean and very beautiful. Also, there was an espresso machine with many capsules and all sorts of assortments like cookies, cakes and fresh juices. the apartment was very close to the metro and the neighbourhood was nice and safe! it was definitely worth the money!
