• Samira (6/5): In general this property was too expensive - It was very warm in the Winter and close to Metro to reach the City Center The Photos are real but very well made. The property is Not that beutiful. It’s an old Building with Lots of stairs . Bed was very uncomfortable, table and chairs were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was better than the real bed to sleep.

• Angelo (9/5): Ottima casa sul Viale Europa all'Eur - ho prenotato questa struttura in occasione di una fiera alla "nuvola" dell'EUR. La posizione è stata perfetta. Non ho dovuto mai spostare la macchina per i miei trasferiementi. Il quartiere EUR è davvero molto tranquillo e ben frequentato e c'è una bella presenza sia da negozi che da bar per colazioni aperitivi nulla nel concreto. Un impefezione sulla doccia: la porta rimaneva leggermente aperta e faceva fuoriuscire l'acqua. Qualche schiamazzo notturtodel fine settimana ma a finestre chiuse mi sono isolato dai rumori cittadini
• Melissa (9/5): Definitely be back for the next conference. - This just felt like my home away from home. It was super close to fabulous supermarket, surrounded by lots of fabulous cafes and restaurants and was walking distance to my conference. You need to be careful that you HAVE your keys. 😂 I left my keys in the kitchen as I was leaving but forgot that I needed them to get out through the gate. Had to throw my 25kg suitcase (and myself) over a 6 foot fence. Ha ha And the shower was a bit leaky, not much pressure and it wouldn’t stay up. I’m a shower girl so important to me.

• Paweł (6/5): Rozsądny wybór jeśli chodzi o cenę do jakości. - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, obiekt bezpieczny dla rodziny, sporo miejsca dla 4 osób na wygodny odpoczynek, bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel 👌🏻 Lokal wymaga już remontu, niestety krzesła przy stoliku kuchennym nie nadają się już do siedzenia bo się rozlatują i są bardzo niewygodne. Podłoga w apartamencie była czysta, ale ze względu na jej zużycie nie tworzy przyjemnego widoku i poczucia czystości. Wymaga niestety już odświeżenia lub wymiany. To samo dotyczy balkonu. Jak już jest ten balkon, to chwila relaxu z kawą na balkonie powinna być przyjemna, a niezbyt estetyczny balkon nie daje tej przyjemności. Problemem jest brak klimatyzacji w sypialni w upalne dni. My musieliśmy przez 2 noce używać głośnego wiatraka, który w sumie się po 2 h tak nagrzewał, że właściwie nie wiadomo było czy go wyłączyć czy jednak zostawić. Myślę, że ten apartament może spokojnie być na poziomie ocen 9-10 o ile właściciel trochę doinwestuje obiekt i usunie kilka drobnych wad. Ogólnie cena do jakości ok. Nie mam intencji narzekać, bo mieliśmy w sumie fajny pobyt, ale bywając w wielu podobnych apartamentach pokusiłem się po prostu szczere o sugestie dla właściciela i trochę dłuższy komentarz. Sam czytam komentarze ludzi zanim zdecyduję coś wybrać i czytam tylko te, gdzie jest więcej niż 3 zdania i mogę się rzeczywiście dowiedzieć czy warto.
• Greta (9/5): Soggiorno silenzioso nella Roma caotica - Casa molto accogliente e ben tenuta, c’è tutto il necessario, molto spaziosa. Posizione perfetta, c’è il condizionatore, ferro da stiro e tavola, davvero tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi e gentili, siamo stati davvero bene. L’appartamento è ben isolato, nonostante si affacci sulla strada e sia al secondo piano, non si sentono i rumori delle macchine durante la notte

• Marissa (10/5): Exceptional - Host met us at check in, check out super easy. Location a bit out of the city but the quiet of the area was fantastic, metro stop 8 minute walk away along beautiful boulevards and a massive park. Cute little balcony, lovely bright rooms.
• Dalibor (10/5): Nice accomodation, nice landlords, bad thieves. - Very nice hosts, helped us at the place, early checked us in and helped us with all the luggage to the room. They stole my car first day in there. So from day 1 it was a horror and I couldn't enjoy Rome, and had to look for alternatives to get my family safely home. Not a problem of accommodation, but the area.
• Thao (10/5): Rome was a beautiful city and the people are sooo friendly. - -location: it was a quiet and clean street, grocery store and pharmacies were within walking distance, there’s a nice local bakery behind the building. -host: very friendly. Our flight was delayed and they had to wait 2 hours at midnight to give us the key, but still they weren’t angry at all. -facilities: everything worked fine, no problem, it was a smooth stay. Clean and newly renovated flat. The flat was spacious for 3 people. -the only problem was the old-fashioned key to the front door, took us 30min trying to open it, but after a few try it was managable.
• Stefan (10/5): This is the place to stay - The #1 best thing about this property are the hosts - they were fabulous, hands down the best experience I've had renting with Booking; great people, willing to help and accommodate our needs. They promptly answered all of our questions. The property design is fabulous - you first enter a gated (security code gate) backyard and then enter through a door exclusive to the property. You go through another locked door (enhanced security - 3 layers!) and enter an apartment of modern design, very clean with LOTS of light! The plants are fabulous. The listing photos don't do it justice. The hosts thought of everything - plenty of towels, clean linen, hand soap in olive-oil resembling bottles! Laundry detergent, plates, coffee pods. Great fast WiFi (video calling with ZERO issues), clean, new working fridge, AC unit, window blinds - everything you need. The balcony overlooks a beautiful street, plenty of light - gives you the real "Italian" feel and view. The area itself is great - high end stores, very close to the conference center. A lot of public transport options - metro and bus available within a 5min walk. A taxi station is 1min away for those who need a quick ride somewhere or to the airport. I am SOOOO glad we booked this property instead of the conference hotels nearby (some colleagues attending the same conference were in the hotels and our accommodation and experience was significantly better!). Bonus: a ton of food choices nearby - from small Italian plates and pastries to nice restaurants. We loved it - nothing to dislike.

• Barda (8/5): Rome - Dec 2022 - The location is super, well deserved by tube and surrounded with bars, local boutiques. The apartment itself is well furnished with all cleaning facilities. Hosts are very kind and their full availability is an added value to this place. some minor defects should be fixed in order to make it a perfect location.

• Viola (10/5): Convenient place in EUR - Close proximity to the conference center at EUR. The supermarket is also just around the corner and a very nice wine shop downstairs. The shopping street is also just downstairs. The metro and the park are just 5 min walk. Convenient ! Nothing that I didn't like.

• Denisa (10/5): Exceptional - Very nicely furnished apartment with everything you need! Great air conditioning! Generally is the house and also the location very good. Everything important is very close - shop with food,good coffe shops, 5 minutes to metro station. The host is very nice and friendly and we got extremly awesome recommendation for local restaurant. So once again thank you for that. Nothing very important but maybe few points for even better experience: more kitchen accessories (the kitchen is quite equipped but we would add some wooden spoon, ladle and more bowls); rack for clothes on balcony if there is a wasching machine. But nothing you can't live without. :)
