• Sue19 (7/5): Nice view of beach - Very close to lovely big beach. Well equipped, bedrooms stay cool as they are all on the ground floor The small terrace outside the kitchen doesn't get any sun until the afternoon and the roof terrace has no facilities for relaxing
• Sally (6/5): Great location, and space with a great management company, but needs some updating - The location is fantastic - right by the beach, with lovely sea views. The villa is spacious for a holiday property, with good outdoor space. The management company were really fantastic - we had an issue with the drainage system which was pretty unpleasant - they resolved it incredibly quickly, were very communicative, and made sure we were supported and compensated to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The amenities in the villa are quite basic and sparse - for example, no wine glasses in the kitchen, and relatively basic / functional furnishings. The villa is practical, but not overly comfortable. The villa feels like it needs a bit of updating - for example the cupboards in the bedroom smell quite musty, the front door was hard to unlock and one of the bathroom locks got stuck. Given the size and location this villa could be fantastic, but it needs some love. It was one of the more expensive options we looked at in the area, and I do think it needs to be slightly higher spec for the price being charged.
• Isabel (2/5): Disappointing stay despite the great location - The location and proximity to the beach were excellent. Our stay was very disappointing. There were serious issues with water damage and moisture. In one bedroom, water was dripping directly onto the bed, and in two bedrooms there was visible mold, including inside the shelf in the kitchen. The rooms were not usable for us, especially with small children. The issues were only treated cosmetically and not properly resolved. We asked several times to leave early with a refund, but this was refused and only a 15% discount was offered. Communication with the host was difficult and not solution-oriented. Overall, the house felt run-down, and the equipment and kitchenware were very basic and cheap (e.g. only one wine glass, no small pot). We cannot recommend this accommodation.

• BeeTravelista com (8/5): Nice stay with perfect location - The most amazing thing about this house is the location. The location is perfect and stone throw from one of the nicest beaches in Lanzarote and amazing restaurants. The house is also spacious. It has dish washer and the washing machine. The parking is free in the village and you always find one easily. Beach towels and beach chairs are there. It has rooms on the ground floor and 1 bathroom. The 1st floor has living room, kitchen and the other bathroom. The 3rd room is more a work room and has no cabinets etc, but has a sleeping couch. Some things in the flat need more attention to detail to make the experience even better. The balcony could have furniture for 4 instead of 2. Wi-fi is great on the first floor, but during our stay, we almost could not use internet in the rooms downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom doors made a lot of noise when closing and opening. For a place for this many people, two set of keys would also be handy.

• Sinead (10/5): A perfect place to relax - Location was superb, so close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Very comfortable beds & two bathrooms a bonus when travelling as a group! Only one key meant that individuals couldn't go off and do their own thing, but that's a minor issue.

Ideal place to have a quiet relaxing few days I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like. Would suggest loungers on the roof terrace. Quite town at night
