• Emily (1/5): FAUSLY ADVERTISING - Nothing but can tell you what I didn’t like We booked to stay at this accommodation on Saturday 2nd August until Monday 4th August. It was falsely advertised as a studio apartment, but was instead a room in a house. It was unhygienic and other people in the property that were loud and obnoxious. We paid £187 for the weekend stay and we had to leave and book another hotel to stay elsewhere as it has made us uncomfortable and unsafe. For hygiene there were bins full of rubbish and was covered with flies, maggots and rats. I have evidence of this. The inside of the building coming to the room was atrocious and had a very horrible odour. I have evidence of this. I also have evidence of the noise of the other people in the property who I assume own the building as they were outside blasting music and shouting. • Emma (9/5): Great location for events at Tottenham Stadium. Accommodation had everything we needed and the owner was lovely. Would d - Great location to attend an event at Tottenham stadium. So close to the train station so easy to get places. Had everything we needed in the property which saved buying cleaning/ washing products, and the property itself was really nice. A good space and comfortable. Photos show exactly what it is like which was nice and it was easy to find and access. My only issue would be how thin the walls are. You can hear the neighbours but it’s only standard noise and not too big of an issue as most of the time we were out.
• K (7/5): - Die Wohnung war klein, aber fein und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen kann (Küchenzeile, Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo, etc.). Gute Lage (Nähe Overground Stamford Hill und von dort auch schnell zur Victoria Line oder zum Stadtzentrum). Die Vermieter haben in weiser Voraussicht ein Dossier mit allen wissenswerten Informationen und ihren Kontaktdaten erstellt, sodass man eine Übersicht von der Gegend hat und sich jederzeit bei ihnen melden kann. Bei Rückfragen hat die Vermieterin grundsätzlich schnell und nett geantwortet. Je nachdem welche Auswahl man benötigt sind Supermärkte in 15-30 Minuten erreichbar (ein bisschen entlegene Gegend, wenn man an die Verhältnisse einer Großstadt gewöhnt ist). Während meines Aufenthalts fanden gerade Bauarbeiten im Wohngebäude statt. An sich kein Problem, aber eine Vorwarnung wäre nett gewesen (manche Leute haben vielleicht Probleme mit dem Lärm und dem Dreck, der dadurch im Flur entsteht). Nach Anfrage habe ich trotzdem keinen Weg gefunden, das Kochfeld zu entsperren (ich habe zwar eine Gebrauchsanleitung online gefunden, aber das Touchpanel hat nicht reagiert - sehr schade, vor allem weil ich an diesem Punkt schon Lebensmittel zum Kochen gekauft hatte und diese entweder via Mikrowelle verwenden oder zurücklassen musste). Die Nachbarn sind auch nicht unbedingt leise, Schlagzeug-Übungen, TV auf voller Lautstärke und laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht muss man eben ertragen können.

• Jasmine (9/5): Great stay - 2 night stay here was great. Small studio flat but had everything we needed. Clean, modern & surprisingly quiet. Not much around the area but was perfect location for Tottenham stadium and getting around london easily using the tubes & buses! The bed was very soft but personal preference.

• Anita (10/5): Excellent - I had such a wonderful stay at this Apartment The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed.The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
• Jeanette (7/5): We had an enjoyable stay, but it depends what you are looking for. - Room was as described in the advert. Newly refurbished to a good standard and nicely decorated with a modern feel to it containing all the facilities we needed for a short stay. We were very comfortable. Convenient location. Complimentary bottles of water was a nice gesture from the host. If you want a pleasant room to put your head down, it's a good option. What was not mentioned in the advert was that the room is situated in the entrance lobby of very dilapidated large Victorian building containing many other occupied rooms with people coming and going with rubbish stewn around the garden outside. If you want to bring your wife somewhere for a nice romantic weekend away, try somewhere else. Really glad I showed my wife the photos I hurriedly took of the room itself BEFORE she got out of the car .......
• Noah (1/5): Bad - I don't like anything about the place so I couldn't say anything about it because they put black towel we're do they do that I try telling the person speaking with me about the room that know television 📺 in the room know response on its and more so its take ages before we can check in to the property wish is so bad I really regret that I booked that place is not valuable for the money they take trust me
