• craig (10/5): Well located to the mosque-cathedral historic section of town. - Very spacious with kitchen and comfortable living area. Although they offer a down-the-street parking garage option, it’s a hassle to unload luggage, park a car then do the reverse on check-out. Also not crazy about having to add another app to my phone and upload personal information to a third-party in order to electronically get into the building and apartment.

• Paula Isabel (9/5): Piso perfecto para conocer Córdoba - La ubicación es inmejorable, el piso está muy bien y que tenga plaza de aparcamiento casi al lado es muy cómodo, especialmente estando tan cerca de la juderia. El piso tiene pequeños desperfectos que serian muy fácil de arreglar, pero no son un problema.

• Ines (8/5): En general muy bien - El apartamento esta muy bien en general. Lo mejor es la ubicación, se encuentra al lado de la judería y a 10 min andando de la mezquita. Tener la opción de parking es genial, porque no es fácil aparcar en la calle. Enfrente esta el mercado Victoria que es un recurso estupendo para comer y cenar. Abrir la puerta es fácil con la aplicación, pero echamos de menos tener una llave física, en caso de tener algún problema con el móvil. No me gustó que hubiera ropa tendida en la terraza y que el agua caliente es de un termo que con dos duchas se agota y hay que esperar.

• LS (4/5): - La ubicación del apartamento. Faltaron cosas como el secador de pelo, la copia de llaves que debían dejarnos para acceder al piso, la tarjeta del parking no funcionaba... perdimos mucho tiempo en llamar y hablar con la agencia que se encarga del piso cada vez que nos faltaba algo.

• CHICO (5/5): Magnifica ubicación para tan mal servicio. - La ubicación El servicio de baño muy escaso: toallas pequeñas y de mala calidad, el agua de la ducha se salía, falta de papel higiénico, lavadora en funcionamiento, con ropa, tendedero en la terraza con ropa colgada, cubo de fregona roto. Las llaves no estaban en el apartamento. Tuvimos que ir a recogerlas a un cajetín a diez minutos del alojamiento.
• Josephe (8/5): Could have been better as I had visitors from abroad with us. Not a good impression, don’t you think. - It was near the centre. Well, no kettle, no cups, there were 4 of us, one china cup and two glass cups to share between us, had to wait for someone to finish their hot drink before the 4 th person could have a hot drink. I asked about the kettle the day before as I had seen a comment re no kettle, but I was told that there was one , but no kettle, I was told to use the coffee machine to get water, ended up having to boil a saucepan each time. Only three folding chairs, to eat at the table, again, there were 4 of us, one had to sit on the settee to reach the table, not very comfy when we are all in our 60’ s plus. Broken shower, had to hold in one hand to shower., The terrace was full of washing put there to dry by the cleaner, no room at all to sit there, the terrace floor was soaking wet from the aircons units which were on the floor rather than on the wall, that took the terrace space too. The toaster was disgusting. I have all the photos which I sent to the agent.

• Marta (6/5): - La ubicación era excelente, así como la disposición del parking, el piso era muy amplio. La limpieza era escasa, algunas instalaciones estaban rotas, el WiFi no funcionaba, el usuario y la contraseña del WiFi no coincidía con la facilitada, la aplicación para acceder al apartamento no funcionaba. Al llamar para que nos proporcionarán una solución para el acceso al apartamento, tuvimos que esperar una hora, para que nos trajerar unas llaves.

• Antonio (4/5): No es lo que esperábamos - La ubicación es muy buena, el piso está muy bien de tamaño, es amplio. El parking también está bien. El piso no está en condiciones en varios aspectos: el baño se inunda con cada ducha, hay que secar el suelo con la fregona cada vez (de hecho se ve el suelo del pasillo levantado por eso), había ropa tendida en la terraza y la lavadora estaba funcionando cuando llegamos, llena de ropa, por lo que no pudimos usarla... Ya he visto luego en otros comentarios anteriores, que suelen hacer esto mismo y que después responden que podríamos haberlo dicho y habrían ido a retirarla, pero uno no va a visitar una ciudad para estar pendiente de que vengan a descolgar ropa o a sacar una lavadora...no había ni un paño de cocina y solamente dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico. No había tampoco jabón para el lavavajillas. La limpieza no era tampoco lo que se espera, en mi opinión... Parece que hacen una limpieza rápida, antes de que llegue el siguiente: había pelos en el wc... Hemos solicitado salir un poco más tarde, aunque fuera a las 12.00, porque se ha puesto malo uno de nuestros hijos, vomitando y con fiebre toda la noche y no han hecho nada por ayudarnos, nos han dicho que había que salir a las 11.00, por organización... Ni siquiera han preguntado a qué hora llegaría el siguiente... La verdad es que no nos hemos sentido bien atendidos.

• Francisco (10/5): Volveremos sin dudarlo - Muy céntrico, con parking incluido a 100 metros, fácil llegar. Muy espacioso con sus tres dormitorios, además encontramos muy limpio el apartamento y con todo lo que necesitábamos en la cocina, todo por un precio muy competente. No nos gustó lo que no nos gusta de la mayoría de los apartamentos, hay que dejarlo libre a las 11:00 horas. Después de dejar todo el equipaje preparado bajamos a desayunar y al regresar a las 11:02 ya no podíamos entrar con la aplicación, por suerte la llave sí funcionó y pudimos recoger las cosas, menos mal que las cogimos. De todos modos no hubiera habido problema porque al principio nos dijeron que podrían abrir en remoto si lo necesitábamos. Entendemos que tienen que tener tiempo para limpiar el apartamento para los siguientes huéspedes, pero es un poco agobiante esa hora de salida.
• Alejandra (10/5): Worth every penny! - This place was very spacious, air conditioned throughout, super comfy beds and close to everything we wanted to see. A small grocery store about 5 min walk was very convenient. Parking garage is down the street for which you have to stop by the apartment and pick up the parking card before you park. We ended up just finding street parking outside the apartment and it worked out better. They require to download an app to get into the building and to lock it once you leave. If you are not a technology inclined person that may be tricky.

• Lawrence (10/5): Will definitely rent again if I visit again in the future. - Accommodations were clean and location was very convenient. Best kitchen in all the places I’ve stayed in so far, though I didn’t use it. Our family of 5 all slept on a real bed and no one had to sleep on a sofa bed. Yay. Finally, a true place for 5 people.

We understand that the owners are not obliged to welcome of their customers by offering one or two bottles of water or some coffee capsules for the espresso machine like others do. Although we felt very disappointed to discover that the kitchen had not any kettle to boil some water for a tea or coffee while there was only one cup for even the apartment is for 4 to 6 people.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - It was only one night but a great place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. There is secure parking just up the street which is extremely convenient. One of the old gates to the historic quarter is 1 minute away with some beautiful streets, great bars and restaurants. If we ever go again, I'd book it for my family. It would have been nice to have some coffee and sugar left, as I do in my guest house. There was a coffee machine but for capsules. We couldn't use it. Also, they could leave more than one roll of toilet paper. Apart from that, brilliant.

• Noa (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, balcony, self check in, spacious Appartement was not cleaned at all at check in. Even after it was cleaned after our complaint, appartement wasn’t fully clean.
• Nicole (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and the apartment was nice in appearance on entry and inside the property. Convenient having a parking space. Finding the garage was stressful, Google kept saying the parking was on the left when it should have been the right, then the parking card did not work. (owners did sort that out so on our departure we had nothing to pay). No complimentary tea or coffee left out, this would have been welcomed and appreciated after a long drive. Complementary shampoo and conditioner would be a plus. The towels were small and quite worn out, new adult size towels in good condition would be appreciated. Do not use the rain shower! The bathroom will flood! Had to use my one and only towel to help soak up the water 😕 Hooks to hang towels after showering needed. More attention to dusting needed, this is quite personal due to severe allergies. A guide to the area would be quite nice and to be told where the rubbish can be thrown out.
• Alba (4/5): O verly complicated instructions for entering the building and finding parking - Tha location was realy nice. Unfortunately we didn't like the way you have to check in and check out. For the check in you will get a lot of instuctions and emails, you will have to download an application... so basicly you will have to read all the afternoon and try to figure it out how to enter the building. Than you will have to find a parking place and the link that they send to as was wrong so we were trying to find it for about 15-20 minutes... after all that we deciced to eat in the house and not outside because we were exhausted with two kids.

We had to ring doorbells and find a different resident to buzz us in. Once we got the physical keys in the room it was easy to access.

• Victor (2/5): Horrible service! - The apartment is situated in a very nice area and it is very nice. We had the most horrible experience with this property as the sheets were disgusting and in one room there were no sheets at all for the beds. I phoned the property while they were still in the service hours and they told me someone will come with clean sheets. Nobody arrived and they didn't answer the phone anymore. They acknowledged the mistake and told me I will get a refund. This didn't happen either. The service was outrageous!

Rooms are a nice size. Comfy beds. Aircon very efficient. Would have been perfect but there are improvements needed. Bedroom 1 - water leaking down wall from air con unit on last morning. Bedroom 2 - light bulb went but no spare bulbs anywhere. Bedroom 3 - shutter didn't go all the way down. Kitchen - light not working above breakfast bar, only 1 small saucepan - need more saucepans, no cooking knives, no scissors, no bottle opener, some dishwasher tablets would have been nice. Living room - wallpaper coming off the wall under the cupboard, door to balcony very difficult to close. No batteries in air con remote. Bathroom - shower doesn't drain very well and water runs out onto bathroom floor. Door handle got stuck - thought would have to climb out of window but managed to open it. Hallway outside bathroom - flooring has lifted.
• Seyithan (8/5): excellent large flat in cordoba - great location, clean apartment, nice quality furniture a minor thing but there was no cattle to boil water for tea, and also no washing liquid for washing machine (nice to have)
• Veronica (7/5): Perfect location and good value for the money, but no supplies provided what soever. - Breakfast not applicable, location very good There’s no soap, dish washing liquid, paper towel, Kleenex, cofee, sugar etc., bare necessities that don’t cost a fortune, but we’re not provided. People arrive by plane and don’t have any of these, and shipping for them it’s a waste of money since these can’t be taken home. I suggest you provide all of these in the future, they cost nothing in my opinion.
