• Katia (9/5): Our favourite accommodation in Italy - We really enjoyed our stay here, it was much quieter than we thought it would be. Out of all of the places we stayed in Italy, this was our favourite. The washing machine didn't work, but everything else was excellent.
• Sanjay (7/5): Good stay but metro stations were a 10-15 minute walk. - It was an apartment rental therefore breakfast was not provided. One toilet was out of order. No extra bed linen for person who had to sleep on sofa living room

El apartamento es muy amplio (tal como aparece en las fotos), con una decoración clásica algo anticuada pero que va con el edificio y el barrio. La comunicación para el check in muy fácil por WhatsApp La instalación eléctrica está antigua. Nos saltó el día de salida a primera hora. No nos afectó porque ya nos íbamos.
• Adam Krasicki (9/5): - Mieszkanie było czyste i przestronne. W sam raz dla naszej dużej grupy. Urządzenie mieszkania było gustowne. Stylowe meble w dobrym stanie. Ciepły klimat tworzą zebrane w pomieszczeniach książki. Łazienki są wygodna - jedna z prysznicem, druga z wanną. Pokoje wystarczająco duże, łóżka szerokie i komfortowe. W kuchni można było przyrządzać posiłki i napoje. W pobliżu znajduje się pizzeria z pyszną pizzą i bardzo miłą obsługą. W kuchni przydałoby się trochę więcej naczyń. Było nas ośmioro, a kieliszków do wina na przykład tylko 6. Szkoda też, że w łazienkach nie można było zamknąć się od środka. Brakowało w sąsiedztwie kawiarni, gdzie można byłoby wpaść na poranne espresso.

• Novia (9/5): Unique traditional stay in Milan - It gives traditional vibes with old style lift and stairs, but I love it. I will definitely book again in the future. Taking the key to check in is quite an adventure.

• Anca (5/5): Passable - The building is beautiful and well kept. The apartment is also beautifully furnished- old school but nice. Looks and feels authentically Italian. The apartment is clean. The location is great. 1 km from the Duomo and right across from MOBA Unfortunately the property manager was not very responsive. The apartment needs maintenance- the water drips continuously in both toilets, one of the restrooms was out of order, there is very little water pressure, there were very few essentials like soaps, toilet paper etc and we had to buy our own. The kitchen was not stocked with anything, only salt and a few small packets of olive oil and balsamic. No coffee, no tea. The apartment was clean but there were ants in the apartment. This was not a kids friendly apartment. All the doors are old school with sea through glass. The carpet was ripped and old. The little couch in the last bedroom was dirty and stained.
• Michelangelo (5/5): Not happy. It was all barely ok. Will not return. - The size of the apartment was huge. A shame the owners didn’t make better use of the space. The apartment advertised 3 bathrooms. There was only 1. The second bathroom had a bath tub so in short one shower for everyone. Not good. The third toilet was broken and the agent was a joke. Would not answer phone calls and made checking in tacky messy and uncomfortable. The apartment had many light fittings not working and many power points not working. This apartment is only suited to ONE couple willing to share a shower. Definitely NOT 8 people.

• Shah (1/5): Bad - The property is spacious that’s the only good part of the apartment. First of all i had to make an appointment with some arrogant fellow and even though we are paying to stay there we have to check in according to their preferences even though they have mentioned to chat with one of their supervisors you don’t get a reply untill the day of check in. It was 5 degrees and rainy for the weekend and the water heater was not working and for 2 days whole i had to go out without a shower on complaining I was apologised just for the inconvenience and after 2 days the necessary action was taken. I was mentally and emotionally unstable because of the property as i had to miss my important meetings because i couldn’t take a shower on time. I hope these guys become less arrogant and more efficient with the check in and complaints.
• Olga (6/5): Good value for money despite the inconvenience of our stay - Location is good, you can reach the center of the city by feet. We really liked the apartment, it is well equipped, there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 6-8 people. But suddenly the hot water system broke down and we were forced to take cold showers for 4 days, the administration could not do anything! It spoiled the impression! We were given 1 set of keys, but after an additional request they gave us a second set of keys, we were 4 and did not have freedom of movement, because we had to think about how to get into the apartment
• Molina (8/5): Pleasant - The size Some features were out of order. Washing machine is very dirty so we opted to not use it. Mirror in one of the bathrooms might be a possible hazard if not fixed soon. Small details are not letting it be a superb stay. We’re just pointing this out to help the landlords make it an excellent place. Overall good.
