• Jamie (10/5): Amazing - The location was excellent and the house amenities were of a high standard. The house comfortably fitted the 15 of us. Heated pool came in handy with the cooler months and the outdoor area was huge with a great view.
• Roy (10/5): A great location for family and friends to chill out. - The house is big and spacious. With pool table, BBQ pit, heated pool and board games provided for my family to enjoy. Unfortunately, my itinerary did not allow me to enjoy the heated pool and the ponton much. Else, it would have been an even better staying experience. Some minor issues with the facilities, such as the master bathroom is not heated and exposed to outdoor temperature and the ceiling light above the BBQ pit is constantly flickering. Also, the washer is not functioning when we were staying there.

Parking great. Netflix a bonus Would stay again A couple of appliances could do with a clean through - Dishwasher and Vaccum Cleaner Couch in main lounge needs a clean - smells

• Sarah (8/5): The house was a great please to stay for our large family group. Great location!!!! - Great location. This would be the biggest + for this property. So close to the beach, shopping and a short drive to theme parks. The house itself had lots of areas to hang out and I would recommend for a few groups of families staying together. The two decks were great. It was great to have the media room for the kids to hang out in aswell. Having the water/dock out the back was lovely! The kitchen has everything you need, good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The BBQ/pool area is great and we spent alot of time out there. Just a few little things like no remote for the tv in dining area. We ended up using remote apps on our phone which worked great so that was ok. The pool water didn't seem overly clean when we arrived and it was 3 days until someone was scheduled to clean it. In saying that we felt fine to swim in it. The host was very responsive for both these things but for the remote they couldn't help with that during our stay. The backyard and front nature stripe had not been maintained the grass was very long.
• Arjan (9/5): Superb - Awesome villa for a get together with a large group, plenty of room for activities as a group or to get some down time. Great facilities and lovely large outdoor deck. Location is conveniently located but in the middle of a suburb so no outdoor activities after 9PM because of vlise meighbours. Wifi was not working and took a bit longer to get it sorted.

• Soo (10/5): Exceptional - The house was excellent! It’s big and cosy. Everything was well organized and very clean. The location was strategic and near to shops and restaurants in Surfer’s Paradise.
