• Naufal Azim (10/5): Luxury is not define only on its design, but the total hospitality and experience. YHA nailed it. - Small details matter, and YHA provides it all for this property. From beginning of the booking to the end of stay, here’s my experience: 1. Check in instruction was very clear and provides no hassle 2. Unit owner took their own initiative to tell that the unit is ready to check in early or not rather than us having the hassle to try to adjust with our timing and itinerary. Very considerate and we really felt like we are welcomed. 3. Parking space was very convenient to the bomba lift which can be use to access the unit right away 4. Provided baby chairs, umbrellas, excessive towels, basic cooking needs, water dispenser, cleaning tools, etc, although it was never requested. Kudos to this detail! 5. Unit was clean (what matter the most), bed was comfortable, all utensils and equipments are working (Even the NES game console was working!). This shows that the unit owner is very dedicated and meticulous with this business. 6. Other things that the unit owner couldn’t control, such as the apartment facilities, view, lobby cleanliness, etc, all of it was also great! Not a little bit of nasty smell or garbage can be seen around the apartment. Quite well maintained. Overall, this unit may not be like a 5-Star hotel by design, but the hospitality YHA has provided was luxurious and very well comforting. They truly shown what accommodation business should’ve been rather than just dollar and cents, purely class hospitality! I’d recommend this place highly! 1. Sofa needs a change, I can already feel the support structure under the cushion which hurts if you sit on it.

• Imran (9/5): - The location was excellent, and the accommodations were comfortable. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The decor could be enhanced, as it is rather plain. Incorporating colors would be a wonderful improvement.

• Wan Lutfi (10/5): - Everything is perfectly smooth. The communication is clear. The apartment is easily accessible. There is a small restaurant in front of the apartment which makes it easier to grab quick breakfast. The noise from the road/highway is noticeable at night. Nonetheless this is something that the owner cannot do anything about it. It didn't bother our family that much.

• Mahadhir (8/5): - 1)the location just nice, not too crowded and jammed. 2) the facilities are great, kids enjoyed with Netflix. clean n tidy kitchen. 1) the curtain at family area is almost visible for outsider to see through the area. if the owner can replace with better thick curtain , so that it will be more privacy. 2) the towel is so small for adult, appreciate if it can be replace with bigger size and easly water absorp. 3) the shower gel can be upgrade to better budget/very affordable one with more foam, like lifebouy or antabax, it very cheap but good.

Very easy to communicate with him.. - 1) Location very strategic 2) Spacious 3) Easy chck in & Chck out 4) AC, Fan & Water works well.. 5) There are so many additional plugs.. love it!! 6) 2 parking lot is a bonus 7) The swimming pool is awesome 1) The towels doesn’t absorb water at all.. 2) Need to change the bedsheet as well.. it’s yellowish already. 3) Would be nice to have a small rubbish bin in every rooms.. 4) When we came bck from dinner, there were 5 small cockroach on d dining table!! We didn’t even do any cooking.. That was d scariest part for me😰

Setiap inci ruang diperhalusi tuan rumah sehingga menjadi sangat sempurna utk didiami. Setiap bilik dengan katil yang besar dan selesa, dilengkapi penghawa dingin dan kipas. Setiap bilik juga lengkap dengan televisyen beserta netflix dll!! Ruang tamu luas dengan sofabed tambahan, bersesuaian dan sangat selesa utk keluarga yang besar! Tandas bersih, lengkap dengan utiliti. Ruang dapur sangat lengkap dengan penapis air percuma, microwave, dan stove. Dibahagian luar, terdapat mesin basuh dan pengering yg sangat memudahkan kami sekeluarga. Pemandangan luar bilik menakjubkan, pemandangan kolam renang yg besar. Jika berpeluang, saya pasti tidak teragak2 untuk menginap di sini lagi kerana sewaan bilik yang berpatutan dan 2 parking kereta percuma! Tiada.

• Wui (10/5): A very nice apartment to stay - A very nice and comfortable apartment with a good view as well. Clean and neat with toiletries provided for. There's even 3 televisions in total, one in the living room and the other 2 in the bedrooms. From collection of keys, navigating through the carpark, to finding the apartment, our overall check in procedure was smooth with no hiccups. Overall, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a very receptive host.

These touches added a lot of comfort and convenience to our stay. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The water heater didn’t get quite hot enough, the air conditioning unit could benefit from a cleaning, and the pillows were a bit firmer than I prefer. These are small issues, but addressing them could elevate the experience even more.
