• Martin (6/5): Okay during a trade fair, where you don't have other choices. During other times I wouldn't pay more than €70 fo - Clean relatively new. Communication with staff is east and ok even though no one there on site. No proper curtains in front of the window so couldn't make the room dark. The bed is not a bed for two people even though it was sold as a double room. Everything is really tiny. Stayed here for the trade fair so it was okay. Very late 5pm and very early 10am check out.
• Clare (10/5): Lovely apartment, felt like a safe neighbourhood - It was easy to find, given the instructions. The area was pleasant, likely residential but still very close to the main station. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The added touches of water and sweets were lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good temperature. The light coloured curtains make it challenging to sleep in past 8am.

• Vicki (8/5): - Our stay with GuestHouse Kohn51 was very nice. Entry to the building was easy with 2 doors where we needed to enter a code. The room was spacious and very clean. The set up was different than any other place we've stayed as there were dishes, silverware, hot pot and coffee machine, but the only sink was in the bathroom. There is a shared kitchen in a ground level which we didn't use. There was a refrigerator in the room, so we brought in yogurt and fruit for our breakfasts and washed the dishes in the bathroom sink. I didn't rate the location very high because it is in a very residential area and there weren't cafes and restaurants nearby. We walked back through the train station to get to the part of Nurenburg where we could find places to eat and sights to see. The hosts were not on site but very much in communication and available to their guests.

• Nicole (9/5): All up a pleasant stay. - It’s nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, a very quiet fridge (much appreciated), has everything one needs for a great stay. Safe, all doors have a code. Nice hot shower, good storage space. Little kitchenette offers all utensils needed. A bottle of mineral water upon arrival (glass not cheap plastic, thank you for this). There is a washing machine & dryer & cafe style kitchen downstairs. Laundry powder is provided. Within walking distance to the old town & supermarkets near by as well as public transport & parking. There were 3 big piles of dog poop 💩 right outside the main entrance of the building on the pedestrian walkway. And they stayed there the entire time! Even though the cleaners mopped the entrance area on the inside, no one seemed to have been interested in keeping the entrance clean on the street too ! It’s absolutely disgusting for the guests having to do a poop parkour with their suitcase. Also, the heating didn’t work during the night. It was working during the day when I was out, and it was cold at night when heating was really needed. I couldn’t dry my towels over night either because of this.,the staff called me & promised to fix the heating, unfortunately it started working only on my last day/night. It was still freezing at night in March! The curtains don’t block out any light & the roller blinds are too short to cover the entire window.
• Manfred (9/5): GuestHouse Köhn51 und Nürnberg sind eine. Reise wert. - Das kontaktlose Ein- und Auschecken hat prima und vollkommen komplikationslos geklappt. Das Einzelzimmer hatte eine gute Größe, war nett eingerichtet und tip top sauber. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und alles gehabt, was ich für meinen Aufenthalt benötigte. Die Lage war ruhig und die Innenstadt war nach 15 Minuten Fußweg gut zu erreichen.

• Romana (6/5): Enttäuschend - Der Check- in verlief problemlos. Ich musste innerhalb der Unterkunft wechseln, da es Probleme in meinem Zimmer gab. Der Wechsel wurde schnell veranlasst. Dabei war das Personal freundlich. Die Teeküche und die Gemeinschaftsküche ware gut ausgestattet. Ich finde 17 Uhr als Uhrzeit zum Einchecken sehr spät, zumal dann schon um 10 Uhr ausgecheckt werden muss. Das Zimmer, in welches ich gewechselt habe, war viel kleiner. Mir wurde keine Ermäßigung des Preises angeboten. Leider war das zweite Zimmer sehr staubig. Sowohl der Boden, als auch die Flächen. Im Badezimmer konnte ich Haare der vorherigen Bewohner in allen Ecken sehen. In beiden Zimmer, in denen ich schlief, war die Matratze sehr ungemütlich. Im ersten Zimmer bin ich in der Matratze versunken, da sie zu weich war und es Kuhlen gab. Im zweiten Zimmer war die Matratze uneben. Die Kopfkissen waren stark durchgelegen. Im zweiten Zimmer war der Fernseher nicht richtig an der Wand befestigt, so dass er immer nach unten zeigte. Auch hatte ich bedenken ihn zu berühren, da er zu locker angebracht war.

• Christin (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft! Würden wir wieder buchen. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen! Da es keine eigenen Stellplätze gibt, muss man in den angrenzenden Straßen nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Wir hatten jedoch immer Glück!

• Beate (9/5): Klein aber fein - 12 min zu Fuß vom Hbf. Klein, aber fein. Total ruhig. Sauber, komfortabel, mit Teeküche, Kühlschrank, Alles da was man braucht. Sogar Garderobe, Klapptisch. Es gab sogar zwei Kissen, das grosse könnte mal getauscht wetden. Alles in allem: Sehr empfehlenswert.

• Yasemin (10/5): - Ich habe mich als Frau sehr sicher gefühlt! Es war super leise nachts, was mir wichtig ist. Außerdem gab es alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt, von Teekocher bis Föhn :) Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und liebe Grüße an das Team!

• FonskeJoan (8/5): Good place for a one night stay or low budget travellers - This was a last minute reservation to attend an exhinbition in Nurnberg. Hence value for money was not good but yes you pay exhibition price. The location is excellent The digital check-inn process was excellent The room and bathroom was clean This is a good place for a one night stay The room was very small No breakfast, but this was properly communicated . You can grab a sandwich at the railway station. No elevator :not an issue for young people

• donhost (8/5): Нормальный гест хаус в пешей доступности от вокзала - Кофе в номере, приветсвенная водичка и снэки Скрипучая кровать, если вы один, то второго одеяла нет, хотелось укрыться, но нет. До любых активностей (магазин/бар) идти минут 7-10.

• Bernd (7/5): Convenient location in simple yet practical apartments - good for introverts as there is no staff - Location, self-checkin, keyless entry, sufficient water pressure and hot water in the shower, well equipped kitchen in the basement, sufficient wardrobe space and foldable rack for small suitcase, coffee machine with pads and sufficient tea bags Kitchen disposal towels/Kleenex would have been nice, firmer pillows, instructions on how to handle coffee machine would have been nice as well, there is no lift so when you have heavy luggage it can be difficult to carry that to the 2nd or 3rd floor

The private bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this room.”

• Lourdes (10/5): Muy buena opción - Me gustó la comodidad y la ubicación a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y a 15 minutos del centro. Me gustó también la tranquilidad. Pudimos entrar pasada la media noche (nuestro vuelo llegó de madrugada)

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war eher teuer. - Die zentrale Lage war gut und die Anbindung mit Bus an den Hauptbahnhof mit einem 8 Minuten Tackt ist ebenfalls gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 5min zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Trotz der Zentralen Lage war die Umgebung um das Appartement sehr ruhig (wenn auch man das von den Appartement-Nachbaren nicht unbedingt sagen konnte) Beim Bett war der Lattenrost überhaupt nicht verschraubt. In der Nacht ist die Matratze durchgebrochen. Trotz eines Hinweises an das Reinigungspersonals wurde der Lattenrost nicht korrekt montiert / verschraubt, so dass ich in der nächsten Nacht wiederum mit dem Lattenrost "durchgebrochen" bin.

Very helpful in a strange city. I woke up at night due to noise in lobby. I guess poor building or doors insulation
• Friedemann (8/5): Sehr angenehmer, günstiger und problemloser Aufenthalt - Einfache Ausstattung, aber völlig ausreichend und sehr günstig. Gute Lage mit etwa 10 Fußminuten zum Hbf fürs Frühstück. Teebeutel und Kaffee auf den Zimmern waren ein sehr nettes Goodie. Gern wieder! Die anderen Gäste aus den Nachbarzimmern sind auf den Fluren recht deutlich zu hören.

• Petra (9/5): Předvánoční pobyt jsme si s dcerami moc užily, rády se případně vrátíme. Děkujeme - Příjemný penzion na dobrém místě: blízko do centra. Vybavení pokoje předčilo má očekávání, malá kuchyňka je skvělý nápad. Pohodlné, čisté, mělo vše, co jsme potřebovali Na pokoji by mohlo být křeslo, ale jinak bylo všechno skvělé.

Uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó fue la opción de limpieza diaria, así como el cambio de toallas, lo cual demuestra la atención al detalle del personal. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo que facilita el acceso a diversas atracciones de la zona. Agradecemos que, a pesar de llegar muy tarde, las instrucciones para acceder fueron sencillas y claras, lo que hizo nuestra llegada mucho más cómoda. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia. Por decir algo, la almohada. Para mo gusto demasiado blanda e incomoda.
