Klara (1/5): Moguća prevara - Došli smo pred vrata apartmana i nismo mogli ući unutra, nakon što sam nazvala kontakt broj rečeno mi je da je došlo do propuštanja vode i da apartman nije u funkciji. Uredno sam najavila naš dolazak dva dana ranije i rekli su da nas očekuju. Sve mi je to i dalje sumnjivo jer i box za ključeve nije bio isti kao u uputama koje sam dobila on line. Bojim se da se radi o prevari. Rekli su da će odobriti puni povrat novca, još uvijek čekam.

Oskun (9/5): Overall the flat is clean, sufficient for several day usage.Customer reply is satisfactory - Our first flat was not cleaned. I contacted the WhatsApp no. He changed the flat. The new flat was clean, and the pieces of furniture were new. We had to change 3 trains from stansted airport to the house.Bus to museums usually takes 1 hour

Hassim (4/5): mediocre at best - cleaning and cooking facilities were good staff were incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. the wifi didn’t work and i contacted them several times to get it fixed but they never helped like they promised. some of the items in the house were so flimsy and cheap such as the curtain in the room that fell off several times without prompting during my stay. the fridge made loud sounds at night. the bathroom’s fan does not work so there is no ventilation and one of us got sick because of the lack of clean air being filtered in. the shower pressure is also mediocre at best and doesn’t drain properly. if you want a place to stay for a night maybe this is your place but you can get better value for money elsewhere

Michael (10/5): Exceptional - This is one of the best accommodation I have stayed in from booking.com. The facilities are all new and they worked exceptionally well, the furnitures are beautiful and well design. The flat is also well decorated and you have everything you need. It is very clean even to the little things you wouldn't normally notice. The staffs were very helpful and polite. I lived there for two months and had no complains what so ever. If you are ever in London and it's available, don't hesitate; you will not regret it

My roommate and I have had a substantial amount of problems with the apartment i could not even describe how many problems we have had. I am simply very happy to have left the apartment, knowing that we have stayed there for 16 days. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to spend quality time around London
