• Graham (8/5): Our host had to cancel our booking & he organised to organise this new booking for us. We really appreciated all he - Toilet downstairs, quiet, beds comfortable, good sized lounge room The water pressure in the shower in the double bedroom was poor
• Gaynor (6/5): We didn’t feel welcomed - a long list of rules that were rather insulting. Would not stay again - Car park was close to front door. Shower was not very hot & flow very weak. Not very close to shops. Beds were uncomfortable. Broken toilet seat.

• Wei (7/5): Nice apartment. But we need hot water during the stay. - It was clean and tidy. Place for parking. Generally speaking it is ok. We arrived in the evening and found no hot water for shower or bath. Told the landloard about this and was promised to heat the boiler for longer time. There still was no hot water the following evening. Some house rules were not listed in the ad. The apartment is on ground floor. The room was not warm at the time in Dublin. It wasn't comfortable without the outside shoes on, and hot water.
• Olivier (8/5): Cosy and quiet accomodation - It is a quiet accommodation near a big shopping center. The bus stop to Dublin is approximately 500 meters. No problem to park our car in the car spot. Comfortable bed. You can contact the owner easily by whatsapp. Our stay in this house was great. It was missing some ustensils in the kitchen if you want to cook by yourself (salad spinner, a strainer for pastas, knives and forks not so numerous). We couldn’t regulate the bath temperature despite of the owner’s intervention (too hot for us to wash ourselves)

• O'hara (1/5): Bad - Can't comment on the stay. I would not book online with modern apartments again. I had trouble working with the computer since my husband and I are seniors. I wanted to get a refund for the full amount for the stay for the 3 days we booked . My husband had an emergency pacemaker days B4 takeoff. I submitted the paperwork to them. When I finally called a couple days B4 they said it was too late. I tried to explain that I don't have a date to reschedule until the airlines approves the paperwork and issues a new flight ticket. Now that I have it, I was ready to reschedule . They were not working with me with the airlines. For that reason I would not use them again.

• Emma (10/5): Great apartment! - The apartment is great, with all the necessary equipment. The neighborhood is nice, with a supermarket nearby. Mike took great care of us and made sure we had all we needed. Thank you!
• Miriam (10/5): Kind host & clean appartment - Mike met us and he was so kind and thoughtful he advised us about the bus stops, searched for us the bus’ time-table and also gave us a lot of tips about where to go in the city as it was our first time in Dublin. The house was bigger than what I expected and everything was super clean and perfectly prepared for us. We recommend this 100% if you are traveling with friends.

• Kate (7/5): Good basic accommodation but property needs repairs . Also too far from Dublin central . - Beds comfortable. Nice table to eat meals . TV worked well . Was a little shabby -needs repair work - especially in bathroom ( noisy plumbing etc ) A new frypan would also help .

Strange place with a questionable functioning toilet. Only had 3 cups for a four person apartment. No coffeemaker. Not well equipped. Had to register for parking everyday.
