While the place could use a few updates — especially in the bathroom — it was still comfortable and suited our needs. What truly made our stay special was Anna, the host. She is the best person on the planet! Friendly, kind, and always ready to help, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Overall, we enjoyed our time here, and Anna’s hospitality made all the difference. We would happily book again thanks to her warmth and attentiveness. Nothing — we enjoyed our stay.

Les espaces communs à disposition très sympa, gros coup de cœur pour la salle de sport. Proximité du centre ville et de plusieurs attractions touristiques à Downtown Miami. Le parking en hauteur est un peu compliqué d'accès mais c'est le système d'usage pour le parking à Miami, il faut s'y faire.

• Mala (7/5): Good stay overall other than parking situation - Location is great. Anna was very helpful and let us check in early. Unit was very clean and had all amenities. Parking - it’s on the 18th floor and the way going up and down is very narrow- takes 10-15 min as u have to go slow. our SUV- one tire rubbed against the curb while coming down and we had to replace the tire. After that we ended up using the valet service which is $30/day. Other than that property is good. The AC handler unit is on the louder side.

She helped a lot with some useful information and helped a lot with solving some question quickly. The view is awesome!!! The apartment was in the city center, so everything was close by. Additionally, the free parking made it even better. It was a pleasure to stay here—just like being at home. -

• Marinella (9/5): Beautiful apartment and welcoming host. - Located a short 5 minute walk to the Centre of Brickell was very convenient with restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable like home away from home with all you needed especially for a small family. There was plenty of space as well. The host provided pool towels as there is a pool on the property which my family used daily. There was also beach umbrellas to take to the beach. There was a washing machine and dryer which comes in handy especially with a family.

• Ritchie (8/5): Apartment in brickell miami - Ana and Dan are very friendly and great to communicate with. They helped us anywhere they could. We had a good time there, we were with 2 adults and 3 children. They arranged 2 cribs for us to lay down the kids. Overall a great experience, can recommend! Especially if your are with adults. It's a wonderfull appartment. Parking garage is pretty narrow and high. The sound of the neighbours can be annoying if they have loud music, for us it was only a problem for our little children. But it was not that often, so it depends on who is staying around you.

Truly a great stay with great views that made you fall in love with the space a big balcony and convenient sliding glass door that made a 1 bedroom a 2 bedroom! Will be booking with Ana again she went above and beyond meeting us outside and walking us in a great stay for Brickell. Nothing.
