- Ho (7/5): I would try for alternatives. - The location was right in the thick of the action in the old town area, just one street away which provided a bit more quietness. The staff were friendly as well, and even gave us a free magnet souvenir of QIngdao. Importantly the bed was cushy by Chinese standards. Obviously dated rooms however. A case of 'don't fix it till it's really spoilt'. The sofa was yellowed; we didn't dare sit on it. The chair seat was torn, drawers had broken handles, and the grout in the bathroom was stained with rust color.

- Chia (9/5): Great stay! Worth the money! - The Hotel receptionist is very friendly and exceptionally helpful in solving our problems. They even change the room for me because the water from the shower tap was very slow. They help us solve the problem quickly. The room is clean and spacious. The view from the hotel is awesome. The hotel is old especially the toilet, need to be refurnish. However, it is very clean. The location is good too, walking distance to the busy street.

- Yenn (8/5): Very good - The hotel is close to the railway station, it is easy to locate. It is near the main attraction area of the old city. It quiet and safe. There's quite many eateries and convenience stores. The staff are friendly and helpful to explain the surrounding area and where to find food.

The rooms were cleaned every day, they also changed the towels every day and provided us with free bottles of water per each person! And they also gave us free souvenir at the end of our stay 😊

I stayed for 2 months, and even though January and February are not the best times to visit Qingdao, the service provided by the hotel certainly didn’t leave me wanting for anything.
