• Dale (8/5): Average stay. - Loved the location and the added facilities. Security good, and access to nearby shopping. Beds were uncomfortable, and there was a lack of cleaning supplies. Consider the length of stay and needing clean-up before checking out. Surface spray, more wash powder, and cleaning wipes would have been useful if supplied. And in tower 3 required a maze walk just to get to downstairs shopping.

• Melissa (5/5): Great service from Wow Stay- Property needed a bit of attention - The Wow team are amazing to deal with and provide really exceptional customer service. The process is also easy especially if you have a late check in. The property let the stay down and that would be based on the cleaning standards of the property. There were stains on walls, the property was very dusty, it maybe had a very skimp surface clean before we entered and there was a bit of damage that had been very poorly and unprofessionally maintained.

• Vivian (9/5): Great location for a family stay in the middle of surfers. - Great location and view. Apartment was spacious and enjoyable to spend time in. Facilities in the complex were excellent. Super access to Cavilll Avenue (restaurants and activities) and easy access to superb beaches of Surfers! I felt that the consumables supplied for the price were MEAN. One sachet of dishwashing liquid, one tablet for the dishwasher. One roll of toilet paper. Fiddly to pick up keys, hard to find parking spot (which someone else appropriated several times, very annoying).

• Shane (3/5): Disappointing visit to the Chevron Renaissance Hotel. Poor quality for the price. Maintenance of the structures around - Wowstays/ Chevron Renaissance Hotel Tower 1 Absolutely no wow factor here. I’d like to provide the feedback which has resulted in quite a disappointing stay through Booking.com and through the management of Wowstay for the first time. The automated check-in process requests you to upload your ID onto a Canadian host identity system. An onshore option had to be provided manually for me through the Wowstay office which are required multiple phone calls to resolve. The apartment we had has two large air conditioners temporarily placed in the living room and main bedroom, they are both large and very noisy and also result in the windows not being able to be shut properly which increases evening noise and wind noise. The temporary set up in the sliding door and the bedroom window with gaffer tape were constantly falling out of place. The apartment we had 1121 backs on the laundry and rubbish chute so and it’s right behind the bed head of the main master bed. This kept me awake as you constantly get banging through the wall. The two-way bathroom is extremely pokey, and the sink is badly cracked. Beach or pool towels not provided No body lotion was provided. B Front door hinges squeak really badly. In the kitchen, there needs to be clearer markings for the switches for the oven and cooktop are not in the standard arrangement. Specifically there is a third switch on a double PowerPoint, which is normally attributed to this purpose however, it apparently connects to nothing so switching it on makes you think you’ve turned the oven. In fact there is a separate switch hidden behind the chopping boards for that. Cooktop instructions should also be provided. Being told about the air-conditioning situation only after booking and then being told that it’s been factored into the price and couldn’t request any further reduction was unacceptable. The air-conditioning has been out since March according to signage we noticed in the lifts once we arrived at the property.

Just a couple if hiccups - Location was great, Resort facilities were excellent, Views were spectacular Resort staff were not helpful at all, "you'll have to get intouch with Booking.com, we don't have anything to do with those rooms" Cushions were dirty. Car parking is a nightmare, it's so hard to find your allotted space. it actually took 5 days before we found the correct spot

We were provided a car spot which was another great thing so we did not have to look for it. We struggled a bit to find our allocated spot as it was 'Tower 3' and the access to Tower 3 was sort of hidden. No room service such as for extra towels or cleaning.

• Dora (8/5): Great family vacation with warm, sunny weather, lots of fun activities and many restaurants and ice creams shops to chos - We liked that it was close to the supermarkets, Caville Ave and two blocks from the beach We have stayed there three times now and the property is aging in particular the rooms
