EL calentador del agua desde el 1 dia goteba .,Al igual que el calefactor de la entrada todo el tiempo el suelo mojado .Amo madrid y sus edificacciones de casas antiguas pero esta casa tiene muchismos detalles q se podrian mantener al dia ya que se explota no solo para turismo nacional si no para internacional .Y vuelvo a repetir la LIMPIEZA es primordial se deberia hacer debajos de camas sofa y detfas de la televisor .
• CARDENAS (1/5): PÉSIMA - La ubicación, desafortunadamente las instalaciones a pesar de ser cómodas no pudieron ser aprovechadas por falta de limpieza, mantenimiento y despreocupación por el personal del alojamiento Desaseo, falta de mantenimiento, no coincidir lo ofrecido con lo ofertado, pésima relación del personal del alojamiento ya que no atendieron los requerimientos, nos quedamos sin luz debido a las fallas eléctricas, se ofrecieron mantas que nunca llegaron y el apartamento fue entregado completamente sucio, por lo que el aseo se hizo luego de la entrega

It was during the month of December and the rooms were cold with no way to turn on the heater. Reached out to the building manager to no avail.

• Dawson (7/5): Great local, be cautious when renting during summer months! - The apartment was spacious, vintage but nice looking. The location was excellent. Many things were within walking distance and it was a safe neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. There was no ac and only 2 of 3 rooms even had a fan. It was 95-100 degrees for the days we were in Madrid and the lack of ac and fans made it hard to sleep and/or spend time in the apartment as it was sooo hot!!!
• Khalil (10/5): Amazing 3 bed apartment in a tribunal, Madrid - The communication and help from the staff was great. Even though we arrived late night, they were on hand to help us to get in to the apartment. The rooms are spacious, comfortable clean, beds are amazing. It felt like home. The kitchen, 2 bathrooms all up to standard. The bathrooms are new. The location is literally round the corner from Tribunal Metro. There are 2 supermarkets round the corner, Lidl and Carrefour.. lots of csfes and restaurants. Close to all the tourist attractions, 15 mins to Puerto Del Sol. Everything was perfect
