• camille (10/5): beautiful flat in peacful street, very close to Tram which is 10min away to Downtown - Josh sent us the door code the day before we arrived and it was super easy to access the flat It was beautiful and Bright room, plan for a blackout Eye mask if you are a sensitive to daylight sleeper
• Amy (10/5): A peaceful oasis in the heart of Cabbagetown - This was a really perfect spot for our needs! The interior was calm, well-organized and well-appointed. There were plenty of linens and clear instructions, plus little snacks, milk for our tea, and thoughtful things like that. Having access to Netflix was an unexpected bonus! The location was also gorgeous; the neighbourhood was really charming and beautiful, but also quite close to restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc. I have nothing to add - everything was great.
• Jenny (10/5): Lovely suite - Very clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable suite. Great WiFi, netflix and prime. We were able to cook a Thanksgiving Meal for our family as the kitchen/dining area was so useable. Peaceful location and good transport links, shops and eateries nearby. Josh kept in touch the whole time, there were even drinks and snacks when we arrived, which was a nice touch and much appreciated after a long day travelling

Detalles por todos lados, inmaculada limpieza, se nota el cariño que le pone para que el huésped tenga una estancia inolvidable. La ubicación aunque un poco apartada del centro tiene buena locomoción publica que para nosotros siempre es agradable usar, te muestra la vida misma del lugar. El barrio donde se encuentra es de película, bellísimo, las ardillas andaban por los árboles y jardines. Caminar temprano por la mañana fue un placer. Además hay muy cerca excelentes lugares para comer. Agradezco habernos alojado en este lugar, de lo contrario no habríamos conocido esa hermosa zona de la ciudad. Josh fue un placer, gracias. No es nuestro caso, pero para personas con dificultad de movilidad, hay que subir 2 tramos de escalera, que son muy cómodos y seguros pero de todos modos hay que hacerlos para llegar al apartamento.

Josh est un hôte prévenant et attentionné. L'escalier est un peu raide et pourrait dérouter un voyageur avec un gros bagage. Pour nous, pas de souci

• Kathy (8/5): Great place and very responsive host - would definitely stay again! - The location was great and very convenient for everything we wanted to do. The suite was very quiet and well appointed and there were lots of nice little extras which we really appreciated even though we didn't use/consume most of them! The days were quite hot and, being a top floor apartment and due to the location of the air conditioning unit, the air conditioning wasn't very effective at cooling the sleeping space at night.
• Edvards (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Cosy apartment. Place to work. Very quiet. Very well maintained. However, Josh, the host, makes all the difference! I loved everything!
• Bethan (9/5): Perfect spot in Toronto - Top floor of a lovely house in a residential street, but super close to the city and easily accessible. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and had added little touches, like bathrobes and snacks that you don’t always get in home stays. If you are not super strong the stairs are a little steep with luggage, but we were ok.

I'll keep going back when in town to visit. - The host is nice and accommodating, location of the property, overall fit & finish of the loft, kitchen & appliances available, comfort of bed and couch, lovely snack bowl & welcome sign upon arrival, quaint neighborhood view from the 3rd floor balcony, exercise gained from the stairs, codes to the door provided by message in advance lack of outlets by the bed to charge phones

• Daniel (10/5): A very quiet getaway from downtown Toronto. We loved it 👍 - Quite neighborhood- easy to reach the center. Coffee snacks - clean kitchen - all you need. Josh is very friendly and a perfect host. We will come anytime again 🙏👌 The bathroom is small but functional and very clean - wash & dryer perfect. Not gor handicaped (stairs) - balcony cool for smokers. Big comfi bed.

Would 10000% stay here again. - Beautifully appointed, whisper quiet, lovely neighbourhood in reasonable walking distance to vibrant areas like Cabbagetown and Church & Wellesley. Also totally walkable to downtown Toronto (assuming you are reasonably fit and energetic!) Absolutely nothing.

• Una (10/5): A real gem of a find, a haven in a busy city - This was a beautiful apartment, ideally located in a lovely tree lined road with all the comforts of home. I was able to relax after busy days sightseeing and had everything I needed to hand. The decor is lovely, Josh goes to so much trouble to make your stay comfortable and is so welcoming. I couldn't have wished for better. I loved staying here. I would definitely go back. Just be mindful of the stairs up to this accommodation as it's on the top floor. I took heavy stuff out of my case and carried them up separately.
• Sere__ (10/5): Delightful house! - Delightful house, equipped for cooking and doing laundry if necessary. Located in a residential area: quiet, calm, and pleasant. Close to major tourist areas. We always got around on foot. We were able to cook. Just a few details to mention that weren't an issue for us: The sofa is not exactly a sofa-bed. The stairs are very steep; it wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for some people.
• Serena (10/5): Charming, cozy and clean ! - Such a charming and comfortable suite, exactly like the pictures. The owner was so helpful and kind ! Everything was also so clean. Showers sometimes make or break a rental for me; the shower was exceptionally clean, which made me feel more at ease. There were also cookies and fig bars when we arrived, which was so sweet. :) No immediate parking by property. AC unit is a bit too loud.

• Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - Bed was comfy. The neighbourhood was excellent. The apartment was charming. The owner was wonderful to deal with, allowed us to check in early. The amenities were fabulous. Not much was wrong. The steep 2 flights of stairs going up with all the luggage was a bit overwhelming. And there wasn't a light switch at the bottom of the stairs, making it kinda dark to proceed.
