• R. UK 🇬🇧 (10/5): Good location nice and spacious place . Fits 4 people easy - Very spacious flat, with all you need in it and very close to the metro station. Safe and private entrance. Also the staff were incredible Internet fell off on my last day
• Kathrin (1/5): Übel - Der Check-In war ordentlich beschrieben. Die Lage ist extrem ungeeignet. Das Zimmer ust ebenerdig auf die Straße. Leute, die an dem Haus vorbeigehen, schauen direkt ins Zimmer. Die Febster waren extrem dreckig. Das Zimmer war billigst eingerichtet - darübe htte ich hinweg gesehen . aber es war extrem verraucht und hat wirklich übelst gestunken - da half auch der anscheinend extra eingeschaltete Ventilator nicht. Beim Versuch, zu lüften, fielen die extrem verdreckten Fenster negativ auf, außerdem haben die Vorhänge nach Rauch gestunken und eine Vorhangstange ist beim Beiseitschieben des Vorhanges komplett heruntergefallen. Direkt vor der Unterkunft haben Junkies gelegen, die Lage würde ich daher als sehr fragwürdig beschrieben. Ich habe die Unterkunft wieder verlassen und mir was anderes gesucht. Dies wr das schlimmste, was ich bisher gebucht hatte.

• Alberto (7/5): Muy básico, aunque cumple con lo mínimo exigible. - La localización, tranquilidad y cercanía a comercios y transporte público. Apartamento muy básico. Tiene lo imprescindible, pero falta una escoba, el trapo de cocina, un escurridor de platos... Hay que decir que es una planta calle donde, si no corres las cortinas de las ventanas, parece que estás en el escaparate de una tienda.

• Zalavári (7/5): We enjoyed our stay the appartment was clean overall Good for the price. - It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV was nice and we didn’t have any problems with the bathroom. The towels and bedsheets were clean. The apartment is close to Schönbrunn castle and Zoo — the area nearby is pleasant overall great value for the price. The kitchen wasn’t well-equipped but for two nights it was okay. The apartment is on the street level so it is hard to open the windows and the curtains have to be closed all the time to maintain privacy. It is not near the Central train station, prater and the Danube is far so for us the location wasn’t perfect.
• Denys (1/5): Very poor experience — would not recommend - Nothing Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment was very disappointing. The condition of the place did not match the listing — the sofa was broken, the bedding was not clean, and the windows offered no privacy from the outside. I also found it concerning that communication through the Booking.com platform was ignored, and WhatsApp replies felt automated and unhelpful. I later discovered that this property had been listed under different profiles in the past, which raises questions about the accuracy of the current rating. Based on my stay, I cannot recommend this property.

• Marijeta (5/5): No heating - Location is great, near metro station. We were there in November and there was almost no heating and we were freezing during the night. The appartment is practically on the street and there are no blinders on windows (just curtains) which made us feel unsafe. We needed second bed on sofa but could not prepare it because we found dirty sheet just thrown in the closet. The appartment is advertised with 'premium toiletries' but we found only soap and two rolls of toilet papers for two people in 4 nights. There were no small towels for hands and overall cleanliness of towels and bed linen was suspectful.

There were curtains, however they could be used only during the evening otherwise it was too dark in the room.
