• Leana (7/5): Prob wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise from the air vent and lack of contact from host. - Very close to everything The whole apartment could do with a good clean. We had an issue with a very loud squeak intermittently from the air vent. Contacted the host and had zero response. Not one to ever leave negative reviews but it was annoying.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist gut und gepflegt - es ist alles da was es braucht. Vermutlich eine reine Momentaufnahme - die Reinigung war eher oberflächlich.

• Martina (9/5): - The apartment is nice and modern. In a good location It is an apartment suitable for two people and possibly a child. We were three adults, and the second bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress is quite thin and there is limited space on the sides. Is a couch-bed, mentioned in the description, yet not comfortable. Storage space was somewhat limited both in the bedroom and the bathroom, as they were quite full, so our belongings had to remain in our suitcases, which could be uncomfortable for longer stays. However, I mentioned this to Ela, and she offered to move some things around, which was appreciated. If you are traveling by car, it is worth keeping in mind that parking in the area can be quite expensive. Overall, our stay was good, although these are a few aspects that could be improved 🙂

• Leah (10/5): - Simple instructions and no fuss. Being able to collect the keys and check-in without fuss is the goal. There was no wait time and took less than 5 mins. The apartment itself is very well kept. It is in such a great location especially if you are wanting to stay close to the centre of Brisbane. Easy access to public transport and lots of local bars, pubs and restaurants.

One of the lifts was broken so at busy times getting to and from took longer than usual, but im sure body corp have sorted this.

The internet was hard to find and turn on, as the sofa bed was in the way of all chords and the connection was in the wardrobe of the next room of a power multiboard that hadn't been connected to a power socket. It would pay to have this connection turned on for your guests.

It's close to all the things I like about Brisbane CBD - the Botanic gardens, The Star, South Bank Parklands, and Queen St Mall. The apartment is large and the terrace is incredible. Absolutely love the addition of the sofa bed too.
• Komal (9/5): Superb - The property exceeded my expectations in so many ways! Its prime location made it incredibly convenient, whether it was to dine out, or simply enjoy a stroll in the area. The accessibility was a huge plus everything I needed was just a short walk. The addition the washer and dryer was especially appreciated, making longer stays so much more convenient. The property strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and accessibility, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend this property. The pull out bed was not comfortable unfortunately, felt too soft.

• Cheng (5/5): Good location, but be careful this is only another form of Airbnb. - Location I purposely booked the accommodation via Booking.com to avoid airbnb type of accommodation, however, this property is just like an Airbnb. The keys are not collected on premise, I had to walk with my luggages to a convenient store to pick up the keys. In the lockbox, there were two key card, because in the instruction, I was told only take ONE key card, so I only grabbed one key card and of course that one did NOT work! I had to drag my luggage back to the convenient store to grab the other key card and walk back to the accommodation. Because the property is a private business located in the apartment, so I am not allowed to store the luggage at the downstairs reception, so I had to drag it with me to exchange keys. On the day of check out, I couldn't store my luggage either in the morning as it is a private property. The most disappointment is, I didn't know any of these until I paid a full non-refundable fee. A colleague of mine stayed at a hotel near by and the price is not much higher than this one and get the full service. I think the host needs to make it very clear in their listing and Booking.com should also let their customers know as well.

Also blinds could be better to block out the light

No parking available in the building for the duration of the stay even if it’s a paid parking. We had to use Wilson parking and other parking spaces for our car which is inconvenient if you have plenty of stuff.

• Tania (9/5): Gorgeously appointed, spotless, comfortable and brilliant location - Such a lovely stay in an amazing spot - right between the main shopping centre and the City Botanic Gardens. Apartment was spotlessly clean and really beautifully appointed - with everything you could need. Lovely decor, heaps of little extras like coffee, choices of tea, salt, pepper and fully stocked household items. Loved the extra blankets and pillow choices. Picking up and dropping the key was quick and easy, there's a cab rank only 20m down the road and it's so quick and easy to walk anywhere. Bed was super comfy and there's an extra fold-out bed if needed. The closed-in 'terrace' with the dining table is a lovely touch but you can also close this off for privacy, with internal curtains in the living area. No biggie, but it would be fab to have a little more bench space in the bathroom - even a console of some kind against the wall. Brisbane CBD is riddled with roadworks and construction (June 2024), and at times we could hear it a little through the night. My husband slept right through, but a set of swimmer's earplugs easily blocked any noise for me. So, if you're noise sensitive, bring earplugs (I never travel without them). It's a teensy issue for such a great location and apartment.

• Donna (10/5): The best economical accommodation I’ve stayed at in Brisbane. - I traveled with my elderly mother, so the separate rooms were welcomed. The unit was fantastic and so spacious with everything you needed and so close to the city centre. Had the most comfortable lounge. Plenty of places to eat within half a block and heaps of shopping outlets, casino and public transport within 2 blocks. Will certainly stay again. The sofa bed could do with a better mattress, but I don’t think sofa beds are ever great.
