- Tony (4/5): Copenhagen is a lovely city, sadly accommodation as run by this agency leaves a lot to be desired! - The location of the property was close to the metro station. A good functioning kitchen. On the whole it was a disappointing stay as the property did not meet the description advertised. It was adverted as a 2-bedroom apartment but it had only one bed with no sofa bed, and I booked for 3 adults. In addition there were piles of rubbish bags in the backdoor landing and the kitchen cabinet waiting for disposal. Also the lighting in the shower room was inadequate as some of the bulbs were burnt out. I had passed this complaint to the agency and no feedback was received, after a number of weeks. Which is also very disappointing.
