• Silvio (8/5): - Gute ruhige Lage Die Unterkunft könnte man in einem sauberen Zustand übergeben. Die hintere Terasse war gar nicht gereinigt worden und der Grill war auch nicht sauber. Ebenfalls waren die Küchenschranke und Kommodenschubladen in einem nicht sauberen Zustand. Wir sind der Meinung, die Reinigungskraft hat ihre Arbeit nicht zufriedenstellend erledigt.

• Paul (9/5): Excellent Value, Good Location - Compact Spanish Style house with good facilities. Well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfy beds and plenty of seating. Having a private pool was an absolute delight as temperatures were very high despite it being October. Nearest restaurant is about a five minute walk, supermarket and more/better food selections within a 15 to 20 minute walk. House is about a 15 minute drive south of Torrevieja in Punta Prima. Very peaceful stay. A big thank you to Monika for meeting us for an early check in. Nothing really. Gardens need a tidy, they haven't been maintained in a while but that's a minor detail given the overall positive experience. House is located in a very densely populated urbanization and the area might not be as quiet during peak Summer months. We were there first week in October and most of the surrounding properties were empty and closed up so it was very quiet.
