• Oana (10/5): excursie minunata cu familia - Locatia aproape de gara si de metro. Apartamentul utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie, frumos decorat, iar combinatia dintre mobila stil si modern m-a impresionat foarte placut. Am comunicat foarte bine cu gazda. Recomand locatia.

• Luis (10/5): - Óptima localização, tem uma entrada do Metro na mesma praça onde é o apartamento, um supermercado na rua ao lado e restaurantes. Local muito tranquilo.
• Ani Payumo (9/5): Good stay! A few small problems. - The flat is located near the train station and many metro stops which served my needs perfectly since I needed to go to the train station a lot. It also made it easy to enter Milan center from Malpensa. The flat is not really in the center of Madrid, but the tourist areas are accessible easily by Metro. It's actually nice to be away from too much tourists in the quiet part of town. The flat is also very spacious and clean. It had a lovely classic design and modern amenities. It also has a little terrace. It's situated in a very nice building. Prior to my trip, I asked how to use the app that they use to open the building door. They responded with "just follow the video". In the end, I had a hard time entering the building The app they use did not work so I had to wait for a resident of the building to enter. A shelf in the bathroom was also not secure and fell which could have been dangerous if there were small children. They said they would fix the issues. Other than these, the rest of the trip went very smoothly.
• Anna (6/5): We wouldn’t be staying here again - The property looks elegant, but not exactly what is pictured on Booking. It was darker and looked older in actuality. Close to coffee shops and Milano Centrale, modern appliances, safe neighborhood. Check in process was tedious, not smooth and easy. Property owners wouldn’t answer the calls, they prefer texting to document every transaction, which was hard when you have luggages and have a quick question. The property was not ready on time. Cleaner was still cleaning when we got there, so the floors were wet, ash tray was so full in the back terrace, it smelled of cleaning chemicals we had to open the windows. On the day of check out, the toilet flush and sink in the bathroom stopped working an hour before check out, which was gross and a big NO for travellers wanting to have last call. When informed the property owners, it was ignored and instead, asked for a good review.

• Trandafir (8/5): - Locația este foarte bine poziționată, interiorul mai trebuie îmbunătățit. Nu a fost deloc aspirat, doar lenjeria a fost curată, pe orice suprafață și pe sub mobilă destul de mult praf.

• Herman (8/5): - Atendimento do anfitrião muito esclarecedor. Apartamento com estilo vintage, bonito. Próximo a estação de central trem e metrô O ar condicionado não gelada bem. Passamos calor pois estávamos no verão. Máquina de lavar roupas bem suja e insuficiente.
