- Fabio (8/5): Very good - Very charming and large old house in a very luxurious, beautiful and secure condominium. Close to nature and boat life. Very secure. You will certainly have good time if you ignore the lack of overall maintenance throughout. Host very approachable and polite. Despite most things work, the longer one stays in the house the more the lack of proper maintenance becomes evident; from structure to air conditioning (very old, very noisy and very dirty) and electrical sockets/plugs. Couple of leaking spots; from the ceiling on the main entrance (quite dangerous , almost falling apart) and from shower room into the corridor. For the high price, one certainly would honestly expect a house more well-maintained.
