The place was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication with the host was great, he responded within a reasonable time and answered all my questions. I would happily stay there again anytime. The bathroom was a bit cold, especially since my stay was in December, but the shower water was hot enough, which made it fine for taking a quick shower.

• Lucy (9/5): Fabulous. Thank you - The property was in the perfect location for all of our needs. 10 mins taxi ride away from Paddington train station and around an 8 min walk to Oxford Street. The property had everything you needed for your stay. Andrew was brilliant with communication about how to access the property. Would definitely recommend.
• Giulia (9/5): Consigliatissimo - Posizione centralissima, munito di ogni elettrodomestico ed accessorio. Bagno piuttosto grande e dotato di una comoda vasca-doccia. La struttura mette a disposizione sapone per le mani, detersivi e capsule per il caffè. Il nostro soggiorno è durato soltanto tre notti, ma il comfort offerto si presta senz’altro anche a soggiorni ben più lunghi (meglio in due persone che in tre). A meno di dieci minuti a piedi da diverse fermate di metro, basta attraversare la strada per trovare pub caratteristici e posti molto carini per fare colazione. Punta di diamante, al posto delle solite moquette inglesi, un bel parquet. Unico neo, la dotazione offerta a chi utilizza il divano-letto, che comprende soltanto un piumino singolo che lascia scoperta gran parte del materasso.
• GABOR (10/5): Perfect place to stay in central London - Location is perfect, in walking distance to many London attractions. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and is also close to underground. It was perfect for our 4 days sightseeing trip. Everything was fine

• Sean (5/5): Served its purpose and won’t be back - Good location Wardrobe was leaning precariously from wall. Door handle in bathroom coming apart. Mildew. Poor design/workmanship making the shower almost unusable. Felt generally like lipstick on the pig. It was generally clean however. Thank you.

• Trinh (8/5): Good stay with kids - Well equipped and nicely decorated. The staircase to the apartment from the door is worn down and make us feel a bit off.
• Pazit (9/5): great apartment in amazing location - amazing location in center of london. bright and clean apartment. lots of space. the living room is very comfortable. we also used the washing machine which worked well. check in and out were quick and easy. easy to communicate with the owner there is no aircondition. the bed is a bit small (it is a double bed but not a queen bed).

• Law (8/5): Lovely - We arrived at London in the early morning of Christmas eve and it's very kind of the host, Andrew, to allow early check-in at 10am instead of normal check-in time of 3pm, without any extra charge. Andrew actually waited for us at the apartment to check us in and gave us his mobile contact in case we need anything. We are truly thankful. We love the location, walking distance to most tourist places and short walk to Underground station. The apartment is well equipped for a short stay. The bed in the bedroom is small for 2 people.

It was a very seamless stay - Andrew facilitated an early check in for us which was very much appreciated! We loved everything!
• Lorna (9/5): Superb - Location location location - you are right in the centre of London with this apartment, yet it's quiet and tucked away from all the hustle and bustle on a little side street near Soho. The check in process was smooth and easy, communication with the host was quick. We had a great time here and would book again. Some toiletries in the bathroom would have been a nice added extra. Also, the sofa bed could have been comfier.

Very clean and generally better comfort than a hotel room My only minor gripes were a lack of USB ports in the bedroom and the bed was a bit small. A double bed in this day and age is not the norm. As I said these were minor things.

• Samantha (10/5): A fantastic find! - Communicating with Andrew was clear and easy and even though we arrived a little earlier than we had arranged he was there to greet us which was really appreciated. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures, modern, well kept and clean. It has everything you could need and more! A fantastic location with lots of restaurants and shops close by, we really enjoyed The Spaghetti House and Tesco Express was handy for breakfast items. I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again myself if I was visiting London. Nothing we were more than happy with everything :)

• Susanna (7/5): Good for a short stay - Liked there was space to spread out. Bed was comfortable. Many dining options in the neighborhood. Walk to/from St Pancras Station was about 20 minutes. Street noise was unavoidable because there's no air conditioning and it was too warm to keep the windows closed. Sofa bed was not comfortable.
