• Olmedo rios (4/5): - La ubicación y la atención de Carina, estupendas. Se aleja bastante de las fotos, tiene muy poca luz natural y había varias bombillas del alojamiento que no encendían. Había muchísimo polvo, lo que incluso provocó que uno de nosotros sufriera bastante alergia. Lo peor de todo, el colchón de la cama, completamente deformado y muy duro. Intentamos dormir en el sofá-cama de la zona de estar pero fue imposible ya que el "colchón" parece más una esterilla y se clavan los hierros de la estructura. Una pena, porque el sitio y el patio de vecinos donde se encuentra, son una preciosidad.

• Alvaro (5/5): Buena ubicación pero se duerme mal por el colchón y el ruido. - El corral donde está ubicado el alojamiento está muy bien. Es un corral de viviendas del siglo XVI. El colchón y la almohada son muy incómodas. Además, hay mucho ruido en la calle y la vecina de abajo tenía la música demasiado alta hasta la 1 y media de la mañana.

• stuart (10/5): Superb location and surroundings - Everything was great, the apartment was in a superb setting very close to the main areas, it was peaceful and quiet with good karma, it was our favourite place to stay on our trip, had plenty of facilities in the apartment that were very useful also! Karina was very quick to answer any questions and a great host, would definitely recommend, thanks Everything met our expectations and more

Estuvimos estupendamente, atención, limpieza y comodidad.magnificas. Tanto nos gustó q alargamos un día más nuestra estancia. Un 10 sobre 10.. Lo recomendamos totalmente. Nos gustó todo

Nice garden. - Dirty towels - 2 of our towels were dirty - Broken bed - bed is very uncomfortable and at once it just fail apart so we had to move the mattress to rebuild it. Having it on the holiday is really not pleasant - Very old furniture - Only 2 plates - No AC in the bedroom - No drying wire Having all of this on the holiday doesn't make your stay pleasant. We are aware that we didn’t pay a lot for this accommodation, but we would at least expect things working. Sweating during the night without air-conditioning in the bedroom was a nightmare. Small ventilation wasn't able to compensate. We would not recommend this accommodation for sure. Giving a deposit in advance gave us the impresion that we couldn't communicate our issues during the trip as we wanted our money back.
• Patricia (1/5): Terrible - No puedo decir que me gustase nada . Pase una noche terrible. Y la anfitriona nos realizó el check aout a las cuatro de la tarde en Sevilla con 44.5° . Al entrar en el apartamento a esta hora tenía las ventanas abiertas y el aire acondicionado apagado. Dentro del apartamento hacia más calor que en la calle . El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Con 44.5° que hacía ese día , Estaba situado encima de la puerta de entrada donde se situaba la cocina una mesa con dos sillas que tenian la tapicería de color beige con muchas manchas . Al entrar en el aseo no funcionaba el extractor que además estaba muy sucio y quedaba justo encima del WC. El techo del cuartel de baño estába negro justo encima de donde se ubicaba la ducha que en ningún momento echaba agua fría , solo agua caliente , el suelo de la bañera estaba sucio . Había dos ventiladores una averiado en un armario y otro que funcionaba pero hacia más ruido que aire echaba y estaba sucio con pelusas incrustadas . No se podía estar en el dormitorio ya que el apartamento solo tenía un aire acondicionado en la entrada y no llegaba el aire acondicionado a la habitación al no enfriar . Pesamos una noche terrible en un sofá cama debajo del aire que no enfríaba y no se podía dormir en la cama . La amfritiona me prometió por dos veces el reembolso completo por las molestias ocasionadas . Pero al tratar el tema con el departamento de atención al cliente de Booking mi sorpresa fue que solo me devolvía la mitad del importe habiéndome indicado por dos veces la devolución completa . No lo recomiendo. Ni este lugar ni a Karina su anfitriona que me hace creer una cosa y después solo me devuelve la mitad del importe que me había prometido .
• Chiara (10/5): Appartamento bonito en un edificio precioso - El patio histórico es una auténtica maravilla. Parece entrar en un ambiente de novela. Gracias a la tranquilidad del lugar se puede dormir bien, y obscurecer completamente la habitación. El apartamento es gracioso y tiene todo lo que necesitas, perfecto para una pareja. Nosotros no hemos cocinado, pero hay lo necesario. El apartamento está cerca del centro y todos los servicios. Casi nada. El ventilador ruidoso y la cafetera demasiado grande

• Graham (1/5): Beware, a potential rip-off. - Nothing. We arrived close to 18:00, but, despite our having paid in full and supplied the necessary details for the deposit, the owner gave us no instructions about how to gain access. She ignored telephone calls and messages. After half an hour standing in the rain, I had to give her a deadline for action, which she slso ignored. Suspecting a scam, we were obliged to leave without ever gaining access. The fee has not been returned, confirming our suspicions.
• Donna (9/5): Great apartment - Great apartment in good location. Quiet with lovely outlook and balcony. Good communication with owner. Inside seating a little uncomfortable.
• Nenad (8/5): Comfortable - Execelent location. The courtyard of the building. You enter from the street, and then you came like samo hacinenda from movies. Patio is fantastic and you could sit and enyoj. Apartment is ok. Bed is comfortable. Curtain in the bath is old and need replation asap. No Wifi
