• Peralta (10/5): ROMA ETERNA - Lo mejor es la ubicación y las personas que atienden todas todas tus consultas, Tricia y Alejandro, impecables. El dpto es cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar unos días en Roma Hay poca luz natural. Pero uno durante el día no está prácticamente. No sería muy importante.

• Anais (10/5): C’était génial merci ! - L’établissement est bien situé, bien desservie et très complet en therme d’équipement. Les hôtes communiquent via whatsapp nous étions méfiant au début mais nous avons fait confiance et avons eu raison.

• CagliariMassimo (4/5): - La zona é eccezionale ​Nonostante la posizione centrale e la gentilezza dell'host, non posso assolutamente raccomandare questo alloggio. Sebbene il locale sia stato restaurato esteticamente con cura, la sua natura di ex magazzino emerge in modo prepotente e drammatico durante il soggiorno. ​Il problema principale è l'altissimo tasso di umidità. Nonostante la presenza di un deumidificatore di grandi dimensioni (chiaro segno che il proprietario è consapevole del problema), l'aria resta pesante e permeata da un fortissimo odore di muffa. La situazione è talmente critica da rendere l'ambiente quasi irrespirabile: siamo stati costretti a dormire con le finestre spalancate per riuscire a riposare, vanificando ogni senso di comfort o privacy. ​Si tratta di una sistemazione potenzialmente pericolosa per la salute, specialmente per chi soffre di asma o allergie respiratorie. Pagare per trovarsi in un ambiente insalubre è inaccettabile. ​A peggiorare ulteriormente l'esperienza, il Wi-Fi è praticamente inutilizzabile: il segnale è debolissimo e cade continuamente, rendendo impossibile anche la navigazione più elementare. In sintesi: un bel restauro estetico non può nascondere un ambiente malsano e privo dei servizi base funzionanti. Sconsigliatissimo.

• Zoe (10/5): Andreas was a great host, apartment in a great location! - Andreas was very thorough in his instructions on how to access the property, keys, etc. I booked this accommodation only the day before staying, so his prompt communications was needed and appreciated. Even during the stay, he was easily contactable and responded immediately.
• Tunçer (2/5): DAMP HOUSE - Bed, jakuzi and central First of all, this is definitely not a house to stay in, deceived by the visuals, I rented the apartment for 3 days (I think it was a warehouse) and we stayed in a completely dark house with extremely damp windows. Because of the humidity, I slept with the door open for 3 days, a mouse or a rat could have entered, the pillows were thin because they were high. I requested it and after 2 days someone came and brought a pillow of the same thickness. I definitely do not recommend it. My clothes still smell of dampness. You can imagine the rest.
• Its_a_matt (10/5): I’d recommend this place if you care more about practical experience instead of just price - Location of this apartment is unbelievable, you can go by foot to most of the places around Rome in less than 20 minutes. Wi-fi could be better, because it wasn’t working that good around all apartment.

The location was perfect for exploring Rome Despite being so close to so many things the apartment was also very writer and peaceful. Check in would have been easier if the lock box was located outside the main door

• Sanj (10/5): Amazing location & comfy bed - AMAZING location. Comfy bed and pillows. Good and organized communication from the host. There was an issue with the Jacuzzi however it was fixed straight away.
• Annemik (4/5): Would not recommend. - When it worked, the jacuzzi was nice. The location is really good, right near Piazza Navona. We were unfortunately quite disappointed with our stay and would not recommend booking this place. The humidity in the appartment was so high we had to open the door and window in the morning to attempt to get some out. All our luggage became damp. There was an issue with the electrical switches regarding the jacuzzi that we could fix, but the manager/host let himself in (without our consent) to confirm the problem. We were perfectly able to perform the action ourselves but asked to be sure there was not a good reason the switch was off. Then there was an issue with the communal boiler of the building which the manager did not believe at first. They would send a handyman in the morning but the manager cancelled this because according to him, there was no issue. Turned out there was and the problem got fixed later that day, so we did not have hot water for 1,5 days of our 7 night stay. The WiFi in the appartment works through an extender, so the router is shared with the appartment above. Because of this, the quality of the WiFi was not great to start with. On top of this, at times the WiFi just stopped working. The network showed, but when connected it said 'no internet'. When asking the manager about this, he said it worked fine when he sent a photo of the jacuzzi inside the appartment (which he entered without us knowing) so there was no problem. Because of his attitude towards us and the fact that he just entered the appartment without our consent, we did not alert the manager when we did not have WiFi for the last two full days. Furthermore, there was very loud construction going on nextdoor. You can imagine the romantic breakfast with the door open and a drill echoeing in the small courtyard. It did not look like they would be done anytime soon (we visited at the end of November/beginning of December). Because of the issues with the boiler, the manager offered us compensation. We have not received any message about this yet.
