• Holly (5/5): Accommodation great but wouldn’t book with this company again - We loved our stay at the property. Good facilities and plenty of room for multiple people to stay. Fairly good location, about 45 mins from I-drive. Issues began after we left. Really unfortunate to have to leave this review but the accommodation tried to charge us $51 for a toaster they claimed we’d broken and a remote they said we took, not sure who goes on holiday and takes a tv remote home with them. They said that “one half of the toaster was broke”. Wouldn’t even know how to break half a toaster if I wanted to. This was clearly not our fault and the toaster must have failed (although worked perfectly fine during our stay), tried to get us to pay for it. You have to pay a $400 security deposit which we had to wait almost 2 weeks to get back following check-out. Customer service incredibly unhelpful, I had to raise an issue with booking.com in the end to get my full amount back. Also, unfortunately, in one of the rooms there were 2 used plasters on the floor. See photos. Rest of the house was pretty clean so I wouldn’t have even mentioned this if they hadn’t tried to charge us for the toaster and a tv remote.

• Kaddy (9/5): Great stay for a good price - Big cozy apartment, private pool, outstanding customer service AC is connected to the wifi and we had a major problem with that, because the internet provider had issues, so we couldn't change the temperature for like 20 hours straight. Customer service was very helpful though and offered sending a technician over.
