Andrea (4/5): Peccato ma è impensabile trattare così un cliente. - La relativa vicinanza a vari punti di interesse della città e il quartiere tranquillo. La scarsa pulizia e l’assente collaborazione del gestore che è arrivato a ignorare le nostre richieste di pulizia di punti visibilmente sporchi della casa. Molti servizi mancavano oppure erano scarsi.

Zlatka (7/5): Good - The location is not so far from the city center. The apartment is spacious. There was mold in the bathroom. The apartment is located on a ground floor and there was a bus stop in front of the kitchen/living area windows and it was noisy. It was a little bit expensive for the location and the apartment condition.

Magdalena (1/5): Stay away from this place - the location is great. Review of Cosy Apartment Giardino Bardini. Dirty, broken bed that made noise with every move, all amenities in the kitchen cheapest possible, no even a coffee maker (the one provided was dirty from previous use and didn’t have a handle), not sufficient electrical plugs - to use microwave you need to unplug the fridge, the person doing check-in very impolite - didn’t explain anything and left as quickly as possible. I’d be ashamed as an owner of this place - stay away because it’s not worth it. one more thing there’s a problem with the entrance door to the building, the key somehow gets stuck so at some point I thought I wouldn’t be able to enter.

Anne (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice and not as loud as they say in the comments. Wifi works fine too Our stay would’ve been perfect if we had some more products for daily use; sponges for the dishes, tabs for the dishwasher, more than one roll of toilet paper etc.
Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Staff went out of their way to help when we had an electrical issue on a Sunday. The air conditioning The washing machine could have done with some instructions...mainly because we are not used to top-loaders!
