• Kroshina (3/5): OLD AND SMELLY - As soon as you walk in the apartment you’re hit by a musky old room/dusty smell and even after we left balcony open to air the place the smell persisted. The towels were also smelly and old that I bought new one to use from mall. The dish scrub looked so old it probably had more bacteria in it. Sadly I also realised I was overcharged. I found another larger apartment on the higher floor and it was super clean with an amazing host as half the price I paid. Utterly disappointed
• Albert (7/5): Overall good - Easy access to KSL shopping mall The lifts are bad. Had to wait one hour but still couldn't get into the lift. Have to use th stairs even for the elderly.

• Yoke (8/5): Pleasant for short stay - Proximity to food, high floor with good view Took a while to look for the entrance of the building.
• Chelsia (7/5): it was good - The fact that there were 2 queen size beds for both my friend and I. Also the things that were provided such as wifi, hair dryer, air conditioning, fridge and TV all worked well. 4 bottles of water were also given. I felt that the neighbours were pretty noisy in the middle of the night but it doesn't really concern the apartment itself
• Yao (9/5): Make sure the elevator is fixed 🙂 - Suitable Price, locations, spacious, responsive from staff, have Bathtub Romm have mosquito, not enough elevators especially when malfunctioning, need to queue 20mins at lobby which is hot and have mosquitoes...
• Soon (7/5): Pleasant stay marred by the elevators. - Location. The property is link to KSL Mall. Lifts, there are four but we had terrible experiences everyday. It either skip your level or hang on certain floors and not all working at the same time. The wait is sometimes more than 10 mins. Very frustrating.

• David (5/5): Good but never great - Easily access to the food below One of the worse lift I ever met.....took more than 40 min. waited 25 min for the lift, 20 min to reach the ground floor because we went up just to get into the lift, then the going down lift took longer than usual.

• Neo (7/5): Good location and easy to check in. The host is friendly and responsive. - The location is near to KSL mall and many eateries. There also a direct link to KSL mall. The link entrance opens from 10am-10pm, located on Ground floor at Blk A of the residence. The room comes with tv, wifi, fridge, washing machine and induction cooker. Friendly and responsive host. Sound proofing of the room is not great. You can hear the noise at corridors or when the other unit slammed their doors. The rubbish area is in the middle of the building. As the air circulation is not great, there may be times that you can smell the rubbish at the corridors/door entrance. Many reviewers mentioned that the lift is slow. Please take note that the lift buttons are not link, pressing that lift button and only that lift will comes. There's 4 lifts and you will need to scan your card to select your floor. But take note, there's 2 doors (2 scanners) in the lift and door will open at the slide that you scan.
• Siong (8/5): Very good - excellent location with lots of eateries around & within walking distance. apartment size is big enough for 5-6 people. common lifts can be quite slow & tend to skip floors at times. suggest installing a microwave for takeaways. bathroom water outflow a bit clogged.

• Anita (5/5): Ok but frustrating.n - The room was spacious and and clean but suddenly at night, 2 cockroaches came out from the both toilets and kids were scared. This is my 2nd time booking a apartment at KSL and both apartments got problem about the wifi. Not able to get any wifi and it's so frustrating that the same problem keep going on. Someone should t least check to make sure wifi is provided like what been advertise in booking.com. Also, swimming pool timing was changed without being told when we want to book the apartment and end up being chased out by security at KSL swimming pool. This time trip made me really frustrating and might not book KSL apartment in future.

• Ng (8/5): Host is prompt to reply, professional and not pushy - The room is cosy, comfortable and most importantly, clean. The remote control is not working well. Hence, quite hard to use the TV. Anyway, we dont intend to watch TV , so its ok. The apartment lift is terrible. Takes a long time to come down. Noticed from the car park lobby there's another lift inside the stairway. We came down from there but not sure, if we can go up from there .

• Anonymous (7/5): Good Location. - Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Aircon was quite old, so the temperature is not as cold. Location wise was very good, near to the places we would travel to. Lift of the building was quite old, as the apartment is quite high up, it took a long time for it to travel up and down. Booking of apartment will require us to send our password/id details for verification, which was not informed to us in the beginning. Check in and out time was not flexible at all, received a message from staff at 11.00am to check out, and if we were to check out at 11.30am, there will be additional charges.
