• Karen (10/5): Great stay - Beautiful fully equipped apartment, ideal for the airport. Very good communication. Until Chamartin is finished it is a bit tricky to walk to but lots of available taxis. We got metro at Plaza de Castilla then changed at Columbia to the airport the morning we left.

• Martin (10/5): Short but very cosy and enjoable. - The location is very convenient, walking distance to Real Madrid stadium, 2 min walk to train station and metro. The apartment is very spacious and equiped, the owners went above the expectations and adding as well gifts. Awesome!!!! Everything was perfect. I wouldnt mind lower price but obviously its justified.

Bear in mind this is a basement apartment so think about it if it’s a view you’re after! The host were really nice, helpful and friendly too. For our requirements, nothing.

The stairs going down to the apartment were a challenge for my 80yr old mother. This will not be a problem for younger able bodied people. There were two codes and it was not too clear what code was for what.

• Robert (9/5): 1-bedroom basement apartment close by metro and Chamartin train station - Overall, the one bedroom apartment fit our needs. It was nicely decorated and gave off a cool vibe. It is a short walk to the train station and metro. The shower was good and they had coffee and tea available. The gave us a nice goodie bag with some toiletries and snacks. So many restaurants nearby. It's a basement apartment so there are stairs to climb down right after opening the door and a few steps up to the apartment. Nothing that the owners could do, but the upstairs neighbors were loud at night (wink, wink). Since it was a basement apartment, people walking on the sidewalk which was fairly busy could be heard. We used the parking garage but the prices were more expensive than I was told and their was no one in the garage to ask question, just a machine to read your ticket and pay.

El único comentario es que al estar en un subsuelo la entrada es una escalera que no tiene un buen descanso al inicio para poder dejar las maletas. Pero vale decir que me fue advertido.

• Ella (10/5): Convenient to the airport and great space to stay - The apartment was very clean and spacious! We were even welcomed by the sweetest kitty! We liked this place very much! The one advice I would offer is the space to get the key was very dark so it was hard to read the numbers on the lockbox. We left at 4:00am to catch our flight and it was very dark and I forgot my phone, so I couldn't see the numbers. A sensor light would be nice. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

• Pickleng (8/5): Nice Stay near Chamartin Station - Good location, just a short 5-8 mins walk from Chamartin Station..The apartment is cosy and well equipped for our needs, and despite it being a semi-basement, it was not claustrophobic. Hosts Andrea and Edgar provided the necessary information on a timely basis as well as answered our queries promptly. We enjoyed our stay there. Nothing to dislike. Note that because it's a semi-basement, there is a flight of stairs down to the apartment, so the apartment is not suitable for those who have mobility issues.
• Daniel (9/5): Cozy with great location by station - Close proximity to chamartin station. Very gracious hosts, Andrea and Edgar, who obviously go above and beyond to try to make guests happy. Toiletry bags and towels and sweets bag for each guest was a treat. It’s subterranean so no real windows. Could use a little bigger of table or a coffee table. Neon lights are not my jam, but we did not have to use them.

Just to note that it might be a challenge to spend more than 1 night: the windows are at the top of the apartment only. This is natural, but makes you a bit uncomfortable. The apartment itself is great.

Loved the little touches - water and snacks waiting for us on arrival. A little tricky to find at first and be careful of the stairs going down straight away as you open the external door.

The air-conditioning was excellent, the facilities fully functional, and the welcome gifts were happily consumed. After booking, received a message about fees associated with early check-in or luggage storage. I actually think this is fair, but it was a surprise.
