- Nikola (5/5): Never again - New, comfortable bed, clean. Where to start. Absolutely worst pre checkin experience ever. They ask me to pay deposit online before check in, that never happened to me. No visitors are allowed at all, in every other hotel all my friends need to do is present ID but here they are not allowed.
- Jenny (7/5): Good - The location is great and safe. The apartment was very clean. Staff on WhatsApp and at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The ad on booking is misleading as the pictures show different apartments in the same building. We’ve stayed there before but in a much bigger and quieter apartment which was shown in the first pictures on booking. However, we ended up staying in a tiny apartment which would be great for one person but way too small for two people. The bed is tiny and working remotely won’t work because of the lack of space. In addition, this apartment faces the front of the street and was so loud, it was hard to sleep. The apartments should be listed separately on booking. Otherwise it is false advertisement.
