- Paul (1/5): Incredibly disappointing - They cancelled on me after promising a welcome pack at 2pm to assist me gaining access. I was stuck in Melbourne without anywhere to stay and with them sending me a text after I rang them 5 times to ask how they could help. They then didn't reply to my responding text so I didn't know where I stood. It really left me out on a limb and there was no communication until the next day. Incredibly disappointing - they said they were renovating but surely they could have let me know that a few days out (given I had already paid). I suspect they got a higher offer.
