Gabriele (1/5): Place is old an broken. Host is not supportive and didn't provide refund. Lawyers will be involved. - Nothing The property was having issues with the shower. I called them to provide a quick fix, but they didn't manage to. I asked for a total refund after leaving the structure 2 nights in advance, they asked me to contact Booking to do so. A week after, they are still wasting time and not returning my money back, although I had to book another place and no assistance was provided. Very bad behaviour, I never encountered a similar issue in many years of travelling.

Amal (5/5): Wrong description ( it's a one bedroom apartment). - The apartment is in a very nice area in Milan, Tram & Metro Stations are walkable. It's not a two bedroom apartment as it's written in the description. It was only bedroom, kitchen & Bathroom.
