• Ioana (10/5): Vacanță perfectă, liniște și confort - Am avut un sejur excelent la acest hotel. Atmosfera este foarte liniștită și relaxantă, ideală pentru odihnă. Camerele sunt spațioase, moderne și foarte curate, iar confortul este la cel mai înalt nivel. Zona piscinei este foarte bine întreținută și perfectă pentru relaxare, iar întregul complex are un aer elegant și îngrijit. Personalul a fost amabil și atent, contribuind la o experiență foarte plăcută. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel pentru o vacanță reușită și fără griji.

Raňajky za mňa super výber Parkovanie pred hotelom dostatočne Nepáčilo sa mi, že nemajú nikde uvedené, že nemusíte dostať izbu s výhľadom na bazén ale na ulicu. Promenáda je ďalej od hotela, treba ísť autom

El buffet, en especial la cena, es poco variado y poca calidad. Además, las bebidas se pagan a parte (cosa que no sabíamos y teníamos contratada media pensión). La limpieza es escasa y las camas no son cómodas.

• Charlotte (10/5): - Hotellet er perfekt. Hele personalet er fantastiske, især Marlen som var utrolig sød, tålmodig og omsorgsfuld overfor mig. Jeg vil helt sikkert komme igen i fremtiden. Det er en af de bedste hoteller jeg har været på, især fordi personalet er så engageret i gæsterne.

The Jacuzzi area is a plus one. The rooms could be better, the curtain was old and had holes in it. The TV cabinet was old and rusted. The AC was old and not in great condition.

• Gill (9/5): A tranquil oasis with fantastic staff members. - We liked the style of it with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The pool was large, clean and heated. Staff members in dining and pool bar were particularly friendly. Samuel and Marjory were always so helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed the tranquility of both the area and adults only.
• Tomáš (9/5): Dovolená na Gran Canaria BŘEZEN 2026 - Skvělý hotel poblíž centra Maspalomas, asi 1,5km procházkou na pláž a k dunám. Parkování zdarma před hotelem s dostatečným počtem míst na ulici. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Během pobytu jsme se nesetkali ani jednou s nepříjemným zaměstnancem. Výborné snídaně a večeře. Skvělé domečky s terasou a výhledem na bazén, vše čisté a v dobrém stavu. V dolním patře pokoje byla velká zima, topení nefungovalo. Posilovna a její stroje nejsou už v dobrém stavu. A vířivka na terase byla velmi znečištěna.

Zimmer bieten sehr viel Platz und sind gut ausgestattet Insgesamt machen die Zimmer einen etwas abgenutzten Eindruck. Man sieht, dass das Hotel schon einige Jahre alt ist. Teilweise Schmutz in Fugen, am Vorhang etc
• Stephen (8/5): 8 nights relaxing in the lovely sunshine , good facilities and welcoming staff with a good breakfast - Breakfast is actually great. The only thing to improve would be more options on the freshly cooked grill. i.e. fresh pancakes, or poached eggs. The choice of food is very good outside this. The pool is super clean and lounger access is very good with availability. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the bar for a quick drink at the end of a day of sunbathing is very friendly and relaxing as well. They normally have more entertainment on every evening but this wasn't on this time and only two nights out of 8. The hotel is just starting to get a little tired in the rooms and will soon need a refurb which will make it lovely. Location maybe a bit away for some but we liked it.

• Melinda (8/5): Super chilled, relaxing & friendly stay in a small self contained resort - All staff were really super friendly and welcoming. Really impressed on how many languages the reception staff could speak :-). A glass of champagne upon arrival was nice start to the holiday. My 18 year old daughter and I wanted a small resort to just relax and enjoy the winter sun , which we 100% did for a short stay to get away from the UK winter. We decided to take half board as didn’t want the stress of going to find a restaurant every night and it was the best decision we made. Prices of drinks at the bar and restaurant was reasonable priced, we loved the little convenient shop that we could grab anything without out having to pay the normal high “hotel” prices. Each room had its downstairs living area, great to have TV both in living and bedroom. Both had access to local UK channels, Netflix and Prime. Mini bar stocked up too. We moved hotels to one of the Lopesan Hotels @ Meloneras , even though it’s 5 star, staff weren’t that happy to greet us, felt we were just a number at check in. We are missing the relaxed vibe of Livvo . Would highly recommend Hotel Livvo if you aren’t wanting to a big resort with lots activities and just want to enjoy and rest. There is a small supermarket about 5 mins walking distance. With empty land surrounding the hotel, I assume lots of new hotels will be built around this hotel if we ever come again, as it’s not in the middle of the tourist areas. We really liked it as we are finding Maspalomas a tad too much for us. Hotel Livvo also 5 mins walk from the airport bus stop with also plenty of taxis outside hotel. Provide Body Lotion but apart from that , we had a great stay.,

Couldn't figure out the TV, something didn't work, but that's a minor thing and we could have just asked for help if we actually needed it.
