• Mohit (1/5): I didn’t end up staying at this property we visited and left right away - It was clean This property only have capacity for 2 people, I booked for 3 people wasted my money.
• Samantha (1/5): Damp on walls, dirty, uninhabitable even for 1 night. - Absolutely nothing Do not book! Damp on the walls, dirt everywhere and the tap was falling off. We left the same day we arrived and called to complain. We were then told they wouldn’t refund as we complained to booking.com. The damp wasn’t in the flat just in the bathroom and they said they “would just paint over the damp”. Really rude people on the phone would say one thing to us another to booking.com the ‘on call’ was useless and they would not answer the phone. When they did answer the phone, the man said he knows it is damp yet still advertised it. He said there was a leak but as they fixed the leak, the damp was gone, which is not how it works, obviously. They refused to refund anything even with proof of the state of the flat. absolutely disgusting!
• Andy (5/5): Responsive hosts. A good-located flat for what we needed. But overpriced and very noisy. - The hosts were very accommodating - they allowed us to check in early and answered all our questions promptly. The shower was also nice. The walls are extremely thin. We could literally hear everything from the apartments upstairs and to the side. One of the residents thought it was a good idea to clean the entire kitchen at 1am, so was clattering around, and we got no sleep whatsoever as a result. The curtain didn't cover the front window completely so there was no privacy and light coming in in the morning. The advert of "free parking" wasn't entirely accurate as there were already cars on the drive when we arrived (early) and couldn't get parked. Also, when we attempted to make a coffee in the kitchen we discovered the sugar in the bag was all clumped together like it had been sat there for months with no one bothering to replace it.
• Mukund (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good, just 10-15 min walk from Rayners Lane or south harrow. As advertised, there was free parking but someone already parked at the property so I had to park on the street and it was hard to find. I stayed for five days with my family and in toiletries I got only one toilet 🚽 roll 😀 and two towels only, even cleaning was not property and toilet was really congested, even i was not able to sit on toilet properly.
• Erik (10/5): Great Spot - Good quiet location near busses (few minutes). Tube station (10min walk) Seems like I good neighborhood. Nice and tidy Great communication from host, helpful. Bit too dusty under bed. The bed is quite big. So I assume it's difficult to move it.

• Sherwin (2/5): Very poor - Room very clean and very nice If ur stayin then I woudna as u get no sleep due to the upstairs and other ppl coming in and out at all times of the night.
• Prameshtha (10/5): Nice place to stay with tube 15 min walk away. - Comfortable bed, clean room with utilities given in kitchen. Curtains didn’t cover fully on side windows
• Margaret (5/5): A necessity. - Location in a residential area. Flat was secure. Flat was self-catering. Provisions to allow for this were inadequate. No sound-proofing in building.
• Glory (9/5): Superb - very comfortable place, good wifi, close to public transit making pretty easy to get into central london when you want, definitely a good alternative to or even an upgrade from a single hotel room if you're ready to pay some more (it's also cheaper than some hotels too especially the high end ones)
